Dogtown Heating, Air & Plumbing

Last fall, the Dogtown team installed a new HVAC system in my home. They did excellent work. Very personable, professional, efficient and clean. I am very happy with my new system.

I recommend Brad at Dogtown. He responded quickly to a late evening service call, installed a new thermostat and repaired my furnace quickly. He was professional and didnt leave any kind of mess. The charge for labor was fair but they do mark up the parts.

We have used Dogtown twice now (previously for AC and most recently for Heat repair) and have always been extremely happy with the service completed and honest assessment of what truly needs done. We highly recommend them and now have signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

We have used Dogtown since we purchased our home 3 years ago. They worked on our older furnace a few times when our control panel went out. We called them and response time was always same day. They always made sure we never went without heat. Once there was no repairing our older furnace, they were professional, affordable, and fast about getting our new system installed and working. Very professional and personable. Followed all COVID precautions the entire time they were in the house. And of course super friendly to our doggos! Dogtown Heating and Air are the best! My furnace went out in November, and they made sure I had heat until my new one was installed. I’ve been with them for a few years now....I can call with any problem, and if they can’t come that same day, which they usually do, they come the next. Very prompt, courteous service. I called Dogtown in a pinch needing a water leak fixed under my house. They were extremely professional all the way from Cody who answered the phone to Josh who came out and fixed the leak. Not to mention, same day service. Definitely recommend!

After moving we needed to have some work done on our natural gas lines. Dogtown stopped by and provided a quote on the same day. When they came to do the work they were friendly, very professional, and provided quality work. I will definitely call them if we have problems with our heating or air..
