Every step of the process was fluid, painless, and transparent. We called them out to check on a grinding noise and found out our fan motor was blown. They got a replacement to us the next day as indicated when the problem was determined. They also educated us as to why it blew in the first place. We are new to the area and needed some heating and plumbing services. We first tried a large HVAC/plumbing conglomerate and weren't happy with the work or the prices. We were looking for something locally owned and operated, and called Dogtown Heating when our furnace stopped working. Jordan came out on a Saturday to look at our failing furnace and was able to keep it running, and Jeremy came out on Sunday to help us pick out a replacement that fit our needs and budget. The furnace installation the following week was exactly as promised and the work was top notch. We also had DogTown replace a broken sump pump. It's great to find a local business that values customer service and charges fair prices. We highly recommend Dogtown!

The folks at Dogtown replaced my mom's heating system and repaired my furnace as well. They are very good at what they do,on time and kept us well informed all at a fair price.

Dogtown came out the next day and got our heater back working at the Saint Joseph Youth Wrestling center. They did this with no hesitation and after finding out that it was a volunteer non profit Youth program they donated their time and labor. Truly a class act and we will continue to use them for both personal and club projects.
