Service specialist from Dogtown arrived on time and was very professional. Analyzed the problem and quickly made the necessary corrections/repairs. Would definitely recommend Dogtown heating and air and will use them again in the future.

These guys have not disappointed and they offer customer service unrivaled today. Plus the costs are straightforward and the lack of hidden fees is a comfort.

Zachary was great. Spent over an hour trying to identify why our furnace is so wonky. We have had other companies provide a quick “fix” that involves replacing an expensive part, yet didn’t actually fix the problem. Zachary and team over the phone really took the time to figure out the riddle and avoid spending more money.

First time using DogTown and they were quick on helping with Hot Water Heater. Called around 7:45am and up and working by 1:00pm. Great job guys, will certainly use your help on next job.

Great service, Brian came out within an hour of the initial phone call and repaired my furnace. They text you to remind you of your appointment and also when on the way. As professional as you can get!! Definitely saved their number for future hvac needs.

After being told by another company that our air conditioner didn't have any freon left and needed to be replaced, we called Dogtown. The technician checked several things, explaining everything as he did. He told us our freon was fine. It is an old unit and will need to be replaced but not yet. It has been working fine. We will definitely use them in the future.

Dogtown employees came to install a Daikin Air condition & Heating mini split system in our Sunroom. They had the system installed in less than three hours! Excellent work these installers did ! THANK YOU ,will enjoy our sunroom year round !!!
