I've had Quality out for sump pump issues, plumbing updates, furnace work, they've replaced my 40 year old water heater.

They guarantee their work. They really go above and beyond. I had a part on my furnace recently replaced, a fan controller, and after a couple of months it died. They were out the next morning, and replaced it, at no cost. They even took all this time to inspect the heat exchanger, and didn't even charge for a diagnostic.

They walked me through the system, possibilities, options and gave estimates.

They never pressure you into anything. They aren't salesmen. They will not try and trick you into unneeded repairs or replacements.

They are also always kind and courteous.

I can't stress it enough. We all know how stressful it is to find someone you can trust, to take care of your critical systems. It's not something to mess around with.

You can cut to the chase, go with Quality. You'll have the same experience. Incredible team across the board.

Kyle and Austin were incredible. They came quickly on an emergency call two days before Christmas. Diagnosed the problem quickly, super friendly and very experienced. Also helped us move some heavy furniture so that they could get to our thermostat. We highly, highly recommend.

Had a problem with shower. Quality technician said the handle was not the right one - wrong! Quality technician said he could not get the nut to move with an allen wrench - wrong! Quality technician said they would have to research the fixture for replacement - wrong! Incompetent and I called Mattex who fixed all the above, and gave the part needed if I wanted a replacement. And Quality technician consulted the boss before telling me all this. Avoid.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Quality repaired several items including both plumbing & HVAC. Every employee that I interacted with throughout this process was extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and the work was well done. They were always responsive to calls/emails, took the time to answer my questions, and completed the repairs in a timely manner despite the busy time-of-year. Mark expedited our call, Rick delivered the on site expertise, and my wife was overjoyed. Quality is our first line resource for all plumbing/heating/AC requirements at our home. We were having issues with our dishwasher not being able to drain and called another company to take a look at it. We were told to replace dishwasher as back flow valve? Was damaged and needed to replace entire unit. I then contacted Kyle at quality for a second opinion, and he was nothing but helpful. He sent a tech named John out who immediately knew that the piping under the sink was done incorrectly and fixed it within an hour. Wouldn’t ya know it, we haven’t had an issue with drainage since! Everyone was super professional and saved us over $700 by not buying a new dishwasher. Can not recommend enough, will contact them with all of my plumbing needs from now on.
