I signed up with their maintenance plan and it has worked out really good for me. I like it a lot. They will call to schedule when it is time for the next checkup and then come out to perform the service needed. I have had no complaints and they've done an excellent professional job. I've used them to replace my furnace and air conditioner. They took time to explain all the options and listened and answered questions and installed the right systems for my needs. I like them a lot and will continue to use them.

Our heat went out on a very cold day. I called and was able to get same day service with the friendly staff. Promised between 2-4 and the repairman was on site around 3. Performed a cleaning and our heat was working in no time. Highly recommend!

Phillips heating and Air is a great company to work with. The staff are friendly and professional. They are prompt and courteous. The gentleman who came to check on our furnace and A/C was very friendly. He didn't mind talking to my kids and answering their curious questions. Did what he needed to do and didn't leave any mess behind. I would highly recommend this company.

Phillips offers a system maintenance special every year which is a bargain. They clean the furnace, check filters, check to humidifier and makes sure you are ready to go. Great Job!

I have the seasonal maintenance plan, and they always contact me on time to schedule heater/AC checks. Maintenance check is thorough and the tech goes through all the details with me. I always feel confident in our equipment after these checks.

Phillips installed new AC. Company did a fantastic job. They were efficient, courteous,and extremely good at clean up. Also sales representative went over options with me and not at all pushy, trying to get me to buy most expensive. I very much appreciate that. I would highly recommend Phillips Heating and Cooling. They did a wonderful job and will use them for maintenance and when I need a new furnace.
