Had the roller kit I needed in stock, very knowledgeable and helpful people. May have had to take my dryer apart for a 3rd time were it not for the advice I received here, and for that I am quite grateful. Will certainly be back if I have appliance issues in the future

I know it's a part house....but when there's 2 people standing in the lobby and one employee is chatting away with somebody in the back and the other is on the computer not acknowledging anyone. NOT COOL IVE GOT CALLS TO RUN. It's been 10 min now and still don't have my part.

I've been here a number of times to find replacement parts for my home appliances. I'm always amazed that they had the parts in stock. Saved a ton of time having such a great business right in my backyard. Prices were always great. They've always treated me with respect. Yes they can be busy at times, just like most of us. Parts are available and cheaper than online competitors. I called ahead and they set the parts aside for me to get them. It was very nice to do business in person and with a great customer service.

Needed a capacitor to fix my air conditioner, they had what I needed in stock and was back up and running in no time on a very hot and humid day! Been going here for over 20 years for appliance parts. It's nice to get what you need now rather than wait for shipping, etc.

Mr. Sunberg was fantastic - he stayed late to help me find the right parts for my dryer and he had them in stock! He was very friendly and genuine. I know literally nothing about dryers and why mine wouldn't heat. He taught me quickly how to fix the dryer and what to expect when I took everything apart etc. Now my dryer works great saved me $100s!

Ordered a part today for my washer. It was the wrong part, the gentleman helping was very kind and ordered the right one. Will be here tomorrow. Very good people here.
