I just had a new AC and furnace put in and am above and beyond happy with everything. Patricia was so nice, informative and answered all my questions. I appreciated the several options I was given to choose from. The installation of both pieces was done in a timely manner and installed well. Everybody at this wonderful company is super nice, patient, and gets the job done well. I will definitely continue doing business here!

I have used Phillips Heating in the past for regular maintenance on my A/C and heating system. I lost heat this past week and called them immediately. Beth in the office was fantastic and got a tech out to my house within 90 minuted. Richie, the tech, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes that it was the blower fan. That day it was arranged to have a new furnace installed with 5 days. Fortunately the weather was warmer than a few weeks ago when the temps were below zero.
The new furnace was installed with (2) techs in my home and they were done and cleaned up within about 3.5 hours. Everything was explained on what was done, the warranties, and the workings of the new furnace. I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10 between the service techs and the office personal (Beth and Pat). You can't go wrong calling them for whatever the problem..

After Patricia (the owner and wonderful person) came and gave us an estimate, Beth their scheduling office lady,(very personable sweet lady) arranged our appointment. Big Mike, Mark, and apprentice Michael, came this morning and removed existing furnace and AC unit, installed new furnace, (ENERGY EFFICIENT) and new AC (ENERGY efficient as well). They were done by 12:30 ish. The whole job was very much professionally done, and the skills of all are unmatched. We had gotten another estimate from another company, and the estimator was very unprofessional in his appearance and 3500.00 higher. Michael the young apprentice with Phillips worked very hard, and I believe he needs a raise. Thanks Phillips Heating and Air. We indeed will use your service again and pass your contact info on

Central AC unit stopped blowing air, called Phillip's Heating and Cooling the service was incredible. First their tech came out asap, was very professional, polite and thorough. He found a failed blower controller and but told us they would have to find a replacement as the part we needed was not in stock. He called the information into Beth at the office and went on to his next appointment. Beth took the information made the necessary calls and not only got a new part in less than 2 days, she also ensured it was covered under warranty! Our tech came back within 2 days with the new part and happy to tell us we didn't t owe anything. Thanks to everyone at Phillip's they all do exceptional work and love what they do.

Phillips Heating & Cooling Services is outstanding and fair. They were called out to my house due to a problem with the a/c. I called the office and was given a few things to checkout with no avail. The a/c fan was not turning, and my home was getting warmer and warmer. A Phillips specialist was sent to see what was going on with the a/c. It was quickly discovered that the seventeen-year-old a/c needed to be replaced. A new a/c was installed in the middle of summer and at a fair price. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and economically. I asked how many people work at Phillips? Expecting to hear 20 or more, and was surprised to learn the shop consists of 7 skilled technicians. It was hard to believe as quickly as they diagnosed and replaced the a/c.

I’ve been using Phillips for about 15 years. They are honest and reliable, very professional no matter who I am dealing with...the office, techs and installers are all that and more. My 20 yo furnace was nearing the end of its life and they gave me options, no high pressure to buy a thing. Here this am and replaced the furnace and installed a new thermostat...everything done on time (early in fact!), everything explained, everything cleaned up. Great company...wouldn’t call anyone else!

Dan from Phillips suggested we consider replacing our unreliable heater, because it was 20-years-old and needed two expensive parts. We knew the a/c was on the way out, too, so we decided to have it replaced at the same time...turns out the a/c was 35-years-old! I really appreciated all the time Pat spent with me, answering all my questions, when she came out for the estimate. Our laundry/utility room space is small, but Mark and Rich got it all in, and installation took less time than estimated. It was so nice to have a consistently warm house! We can keep the fan on all the time, if we want, because it does not bother me. (I had to turn the noisy fan off at night with the old system.) Also, really glad we put in the air scrubber. I have really noticed a difference with in my allergies. Four days after installation, I no longer needed extra medication at night for nasal congestion! Both the village inspector and another service person I had to the house were very impressed with the new system, because it is the energy-efficient version and runs so quietly! I definitely recommend Phillips!

The people at Phillips Heating and Cooling are truly some of the best around. We had our vents and ducts cleaned out and an air scrubber installed and not only were they on time they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were here and what they needed. Ritchie performed my services and he was polite and efficient communicating the time frame it would take. He cleaned up after himself and the whole experience was so professional. Would definitely recommend them for any HVAC services.

First negative review I’ve ever left. They gave me a service schedule of between 8:30 and 10:30 and I let them know I had an appointment at 11:00. They showed up at 10:25. Serviceman constantly complained about coworkers and then when coworker called him they were talking angrily at each other and dropping F-bombs. Since I had to be somewhere at 11:00 he couldn’t do the job and said they’d do it later today and to call them back when I got home. I did that and then they told me that the earliest they could be back was Saturday. My heat has been broken since Monday and because of their lateness and unprofessionalism I have to continue to wait.
