Andrew was thorough and did an expert job servicing my HVAC system which I have come to both expect, and receive from Kustom.

I know Andrew did everything properly because my father was in the HVAC trade since I was a kid. Andrew is a young man, but very well studied, trained, and qualified. I was impressed by his professionalism. A trait that is becoming more difficult to find as time goes on.

I have to hand it to Todd and crew, they did a great job. I had a number of quotes done and most of them, including Kustom, came in around the same price. The reason Kustom got my money is that Todd listened about what I wanted and provided honest and professional feedback about what I actually needed (which, for the record, was against their self interest of selling more equipment). The other guys came in telling me what they were going to do without much consideration for what I wanted or the value of my money. Kustom went the extra mile to do a neat and clean install. The new heat pump is cooling our house great and I know we’ll be ready for winter. I’d highly recommend using Kustom. Don’t forget, good HVAC is all about decent equipment, a proper installation, and regular maintenance. You cheap out on any one of those and you’re bound to pay for it anyway in the long run, either in repairs, your electric/gas bill, or both.

Had Brandon last October to do my Furnace Clean & Check so it made sense to have him perform my A/C Clean & Check.
I could not believe how dirty my cooling fins were. It looked like brand new after he was done.

We've had Kustom for our heating and AC needs for over 12 years now. They're honest, fair, and advocate for you when it comes to warranties and dealing with manufacturers. They also have some really good people working for them. Our technician is always on time. Puts on shoe covers at the door. Very neat, never leaves a mess. I always feel so much better knowing they’ve checked and cleaned everything. Love the way he shows us pictures of our furnace or air conditioner and explains everything he’s done. We’ll worth every penny not having to worry if it’s going to work or not.

We've used Kustom for about 8 years for maintenance and new furnace and A/C installations. The techs that visit the house are always on-time, professional, courteous and take the time to explain what's happening with the systems. After we had them install a new system for us we joined their annual maintenance program and they proactively setup the maintenance visits every 6 months with reminders at various points along the way which is helpful.
