Kustom Heating and Cooling

Good notice of arrival, and on time. Jay offered good insights on what needed to be done, and what we should plan for in the future. He came well equipped with the right tools. We were interested in an alternative thermostat, and he offered a version that the company has had good results with, had it on the truck, and installed it prior to his departure.
All is well!

We have used Kustom Heating & cooling for the last 3 years for regular maintenance and we had two actual service calls. The regular maintenance calls are prompt, email confirmed, and always on time. The guys are friendly, courteous, (covid friendly now as well) and skilled at what they do. They take pictures, and explain any issues.

The two service calls were both at the worst weather times and we still got serviced rather quickly and problem was solved. They seem to carry a lot of parts for this old combo unit!!!

I will always used the family owned company!

Had a new furnace installed. Gave options for different units at different price points. The installers were Professional, polite and very thorough!

Been customers of Kustom for many years, always happy with their service and Jake was no exception. He is not only good at his job, but is very personable and nice to talk to. He called us ahead of time to let us know exactly when he'd be here, that was appreciated, since he came earlier than our originally scheduled time, which was fine with us, so we could get on with our day. Kustom also offers affordable service plans and they call you when it's time to schedule your maintenance, so one less thing to have to remember.

I have always found the Kustom employees to be professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Those traits, and the fact they are a local company, is why I continue to call on them when I need HVAC help.

Happy 2022! Wouldn’t you know the furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Thank goodness Dan was able to come out for an emergency visit in a snowstorm on the coldest day of the year to diagnose the issue. Needed a new motor. Dan was able to get a new motor on the next business day and install it. I highly recommend Kustom Heating for good quality service with reasonable prices.

Jake came out today and did an excellent job of diagnosing the garage heater. Unfortunately, he didn't have the parts needed.

Great experience from beginning to end. We love our new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. Our old furnace was 21 years old, so we feel like we've stepped it up quite a bit! It's so quiet! The install was incredibly smooth and quick. Todd, Carl, Jeff and Corey were great! They took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. They also cleaned and repaired our dryer vent as we were having some problems with it. I highly recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling.
