Crowley Heat And Air Conditioning

This may be the worst experience I have ever had with heating and cooling. I called this company and asked how much it would be to get a diagnostic and was told $69 on the phone. I specifically asked for the diagnostic fee. When the service technician arrived, which he was late by an hour, he said that it was $69 just to talk to the person on the phone to schedule. His technician fee was $150. That was not what was discussed or agreed upon over the phone. I flatly refused to be lied to in such a manner. I paid the technician the $69 that was quoted to me over the phone. The tech told me to make the check out to a name that was not Crowley. I never got the diagnostic quote and I was told I would be called by a manager. The manager has never called me back nor has responded to the several messages I've left on my file. It has been 2 weeks. Please save yourself the heartache and don't use this company. I even went to the address to try to work with them in person but it doesn't exist. This company is very fraudulent and there is no accountability for bad service.

In addition, I think they try to charge you for every time you call. One service agent informed me I had a balance of $215 which didn't make any sense...I hope other heating and cooling companies are not adopting this asinine model.

Just had Phillip out to repair my aging a/c unit. He had the capacitor replaced within minutes, cleaned the unit up, and checked freon levels. Prompt, fast, and professional. I should also mention that the manager at the office has been great to deal with. I would recommend them highly!

The team was absolutely wonderful. They got here on time, were professional and friendly, and didn't rush the job. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and talked me through every step. They were even super accommodating to make sure our son could take his nap on time by knocking his room out first. The two technicians dispatched to service the air conditioning unit, Philip and George, were on time, polite, effective, and quite tidy. They performed a fantastic job installing new digital thermostats and fixing an air conditioner problem. They did a fantastic job, and I would suggest them to anyone.

Greg did an outstanding job of installing a new furnace in our new house. After the installation, Greg took time to check our air conditioner and detected a problem which he also fixed at a very fair price. Very friendly and great follow up. Went above and beyond with our Air conditioning. Had used minimally 5 different companies, that were unable to locate problem. And they stuck with it, till it was functioning right. Am recommending them to anyone anytime. The office people always pleasant and very helpful. Even sent out supervisors when needed.
