I reached out to this company initially for a quote to replace the AC and furnace in my condo on a Thursday. Amanda came out within 2 hours of my call to take pictures and provide a quote. While she was here, I also asked about replacing my old water heater to a tankless. I have a small closet where the furnace is located, and I wanted to move the water tank to this closet. After the deposit was paid, the team came out the next day. The work took about 5 days because of the difficulty with removing the old water tank, re-piping in the attic, and working in such a tight closet but I'm very happy with the end results. The employees were very professional and worked hard. I highly recommend the company.

We recently moved into a new home in Aurora Illinois. As the weather started to get warm, we found out that our AC unit needed servicing. Premier Comfort Heating visited our home on a Sunday (yes, a SUNDAY!) and refilled the Freon and replaced a defective part in the thermostat. Since that visit our AC has been working perfectly. It only took one visit and one knowledgeable & professional technician (a gentleman by the name of Trinidad) to get us back up and running as the warm weather is now more frequent, it is really nice to know that our AC is working as it should be. I highly recommend Premier Comfort Heating for any of your HVAC needs—they are reliable and professional!

Wonderful experience using Premier and would highly recommend. Premier gave me a couple options to fix my unit since it wasn’t that old and was scheduled very quickly! Each person i encountered was professional and courteous.

The igniter for my furnace went out over night, they were able to get someone to my house first thing in the morning to repair it. I work from home and was prepared to work in a cold house for the day but they helped avoid that! They service individual was very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

We had Premier Comfort out this week. They correctly identified the problem and fixed it the same day to restore our heat. They also called to follow up the next day to check on if the boiler was still working. We would recommend Premier Comfort Heating and Air.

Couldnt be more certain to tell you to just go look somewhere else on your search for heating/cooling maintence. I dont understand the positive reviews for this place.
We had our heat not working very well on Monday, so I called to schedule them coming out to look at at. Appointment set at 12-3 on Thursday. I get a text on Thursday confirming with me that I have an appointment. At 3:15 I get a call, get told technician called in sick... need to reschedule. Okay, things happen. Earliest appontment available is Saturday 8-10. I call at 8:15 on Saturday to verify they will be here as my heat is now not working at all. Person who answers sounds like I woke them out of bed, to the point where I truly thought I called the wrong number.
I get told yes, they will be there however now the time changed to 9-11. Okay, fine. I get a call at 10, get told my technician called in sick. Get asked if I can do next week.

I'm truly appalled and absolutely shocked. I don't know what service these other reviewers had but take my advice and go to one of the dozens of other places that can actually show up for an appointment. This place is highly unprofessional and it saddens me that they have no regard for how it affects people who have to be in a 45 degree house for multiple days.
