They were prompt, friendly and professional! He explained to me what was going on, what he had to do to get it back working and it did not take long. It was really cold that day and he got my heat on quickly and the house was back warm in no time! I will use their service again and again! I will recommend them to anyone!

Our boiler went out and our house became very cold. We called for service They had no openings in their schedule on that day but they made time to do the repairs because of the urgency of our situation. They were professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company!

You can definitely count on this company getting the job done efficiently and professionally. I have gotten quotes from other companies and Premier Comfort was the far most honest, friendly and did not try to overcharge you for the job that needs to be done. I have used his company for my residential and commerical needs. Never have they failed on getting the job done. It was quick resolution and excellent job on figuring out was is the issue! For example: I had this company come check out why my ac was working. It only took the technician 1 hour to find out what is the actual issue and costed half the fraction of what Four Season Heating and Cooling wanted and their tech took 3 hours to figure the issue! I was absolutely impress by their technician, Trinidad. I strongly recommend this company.

We have Sears Warranty on our air conditioning units that are complex mini split units from Mitsubishi that not anyone can fix. After countless years being told there was nothing wrong with our unit, Premier guys found issue and fixed it. The unit that was not cooling was not wired correctly from the beginning. Their dedication to the job was relentless as they stayed hours and came back the next day for hours until job was completed. Thank you Trinidad, Luis, Jesus and Amanda for all your help.

Technician came on time, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The technician didn't attempt to make any unnecessary repairs. Can't rate on prices as this company was paid for through my leasing company. Would recommend.

Leaving a one star review because I can't leave a zero. Do not use this company unless you want to risk your life or your family's. Our home warranty company dispatched Premier to our home on three separate occasions since November of 2020 for issues with our furnace that included short cycling and overheating causing cold air to be blown. First visit we were told it was a faulty flame sensor, ok I can accept that. The second visit, for the same issues, we were told our heat transfer may be cracked and the furnace may be shot but the technician said he took everything apart, looked at it, and it was fine, I also questioned why his carbon monoxide detector was beeping but he said that's normal everything is fine. We were told that the cause of the issue was now a dirty filter since we were one week past the monthly scheduled change time table. I was extremely skeptical and questioned the verdict but they insisted that was the problem and to just monitor the furnace. Third visit, two weeks later, the diagnosis was the same as the second. By this point we were very frustrated so we convinced our warranty company to send out a different HVAC company to get a second opinion, thank god. Turns out our heat transfer was indeed cracked and not only that but our furnace was belching potentially toxic levels of carbon monoxide into our home for months! All previous work was reported as unnecessary because a total replacement was needed from the beginning. Premier's technician knowingly lied to our faces and put mine and my wife's health and safety at risk because they would not stand up to their warranty company overlords to do what's right and recommend replacement, presumably because they were worried of losing the reputation as the company that can always slap a bandaid on a major issue to save money. I repeat again, do not use this company, they will be the death of you.

Super fast and great craftsmanship! our boiler went out and the owner came out to diagnose to find the leakage and corrosion. The boiler was over 15 years old, so he got us a brand new one with a reasonable pricing and installed next day! Not only that, he offers financing options, which helped us out alot with our financial situation. We are beyond thankful to have been serviced by Premier Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning and will continue to use them.

Technician came and quickly found out why the heat wasn’t working. Turns out a fuse was out in the furnace. I’ve only been living in this house about a month so it was strange when the heat went out. Glad he was able to fix it and did so very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
