Brent and his team are fantastic. Every experience I've had with them in the past has been outstanding. They installed a new AC unit and it has been working like a champ ever since. When the furnace sputtered out, they were they were there promptly to diagnose and resolve the issue. At the time Brent also noticed other potential problems and gave recommendations which lead to the latest service of getting a new water heater installed. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, timely, and they stand by their work. Definitely recommend them!

Our 35 year old furnace finally failed to a point where it no longer made sense to repair. I researched the local HVAC companies and decided to call Countryview. Brent showed up soon after I called, he ordered a furnace that we agreed on (based on his logical reasoning) and it was delivered the next morning along with all the necessary ancillary components. Jeremiah and Brent showed up very early in the morning to start work. After the original furnace was removed, Brent realized that a smaller furnace would be better suited for our application. This was due to the dimensions of the duct work that were not measurable until the old furnace was removed. The smaller version was delivered same day and installed to our complete satisfaction. The quality of work is impressive. It's nice to see craftsmanship alive and well, thank you guys for your hard work and getting my family warm and comfortable so quickly and at a very fair price!

I recommend Brent to anyone looking to service or replace an AC unit, furnace and/or water heater. He's very knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as older units like the ones I had. He also took the time to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on with my furnace and water heater, as well as which replacements would best suit my house. I ended up getting a new furnace, tankless water system ( which is awesome for a big family ) and a new AC unit. Thanks Brent for the great job you did. Your work was done very clean and professional.

Brent's team did great work at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done. We are new homeowners, and I was apprehensive about which company to choose. I would hire Brent again in a heartbeat. (If only all our repair work could go this smoothly!) Our new air conditioner is great, and the installation was as painless as it could be--the team was right on time, they did a wonderful job, cleaned everything up and the process was explained along the way. They initially gave us a variety of price-point options and really worked with us to find the best system for us. We had a new AC and furnace installed after the compressor on our old AC died. Brent responded quickly and professionally. Figured out the problem and gave us options. Took the time to explain what the issue was. In our instance the furnace was way beyond its serviceable life and we needed a replacement. We had you new furnace delivered, installed and running the next day. The old unit was hauled away and everything was picked up and cleaned better than it was when he arrived. He gave us training on how to use the new thermostat and humidifier. All in all it was a great experience. Two thumbs up.

Brent went out of his way to try and solve a furnace issue over the phone for me. Unfortunately the issue did indeed require an on site visit, and at 9:00 pm he was at my doorstep (30 minutes after my call to him).
He resolved the issue promptly and scheduled the time for the next day to replace a bad limit switch.

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year (below zero) and had expected to have to wait for someone to either call me back & someone to come out to take a look at it and hopefully get it taken care of. I had already been without heat since the evening before & I was freezing & bundled up & hoped for the best. I left a voice message and a nice guy called me back within the hour. They were able to get someone out right away which made me happy. They scheduled a time they would be out & they were very prompt. They were able to diagnose the situation and happen to have the part in their service vehicle and my furnace was up and running with heat within the hour. Brent was professional and I was happy with their service. I would highly recommend Countryview Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had problems with my system for years. Tired of nickel and diming every year to keep it going, I decided to get estimates on a new system from several professionals. Not only was Brent's quotation competitive, his knowledge and process in explaining options and reasons for going with specific directions tailored to my home and lifestyle were great. When we decided to go with him, his crew (Brett and Jacob) we're courteous, professional and efficient. Very pleased, and would highly recommend his work.

We have been working with Brent for about two years or so. I can honestly say he truly takes pride in the work he does. (This is hard to find these days.) Brent always goes the extra mile. Brent and his guys installed a tank less water heater in our home today. It looks amazing. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Some people would think this lady is crazy, but when a job is done properly you see it from first site. From the welding on the copper pipes to the water line and everything else that goes into this job. Looks absolutely perfect. Our basement looks cleaner than before they got here. Brent stayed behind after the job was completed to make sure I knew exactly how the tank less water heater works. There's nothing better than having instant hot water from anywhere in the house. FANTASTIC JOB! As usual. I have and will continue to refer Brent to all my friends and family. QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE.

I would definitely recommend Brent to all my friends! He was prompt, professional, trustworthy & informative. In the process of doing a routine furnace cleaning which
includes an inspection he discovered a missing part & replaced it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service I received!
