I am so glad I called Advantage.

I had a different company replace my furnace and AC unit last year. Within days, it was not able to keep up with cooling our house on hot days. Called the company back and they said they checked the system and everything is working as it should, so there is nothing they can do.

This summer I was sick of our house always being over 80° with the air running, so I called Advantage.

Not only were they able to do a couple of things to make my system more efficient, but they also were able to show me how the furnace the previous company had installed is too small for my house. Now I have something to show that previous company as proof that what they installed in my home is not acceptable.

Arrived home Sunday evening and AC was not working. Earlier in the day a storm caused a power failure. Spoke with emergency on call tech who would have responded. From my perspective this was not an emergency and asked for call back on Monday morning. Received call at 8:00 am, tech was onsite at 10 and work completed by 10:30. AC working again, all points of service were very good. Communication was timely and service was prompt as promised.
