Advantage Heating & Cooling

I had Advantage put in a new system (A/C and furnace) at my house. Maria set me up with Randy and then Randy took over. I have to tell you that I was extremely impressed with how Randy handled things. He obviously knows his stuff and was the least pushy contractor that I’ve ever dealt with. Randy offered us multiple different solutions – including fixing our 45 year old system. He gave us the pros and cons in a very unbiased manner. Although I thought of the old system as my personal science experiment, I knew in my heart that it was finally time to say goodbye. After we made the decision, Randy did his best to get his guys out here ASAP given that we were w/o any A/C.

We are very happy with the new system and it’s running like a champ. I just wanted you to know that your people are fantastic!

Had a whole house humidifier installed. Jerry was very professional and took the time to not only reacquaint myself with my HVAC system, but also made recommendations regarding which dampers to close to aid in heating/cooling in certain rooms. Would highly recommend and use again for future HVAC needs

Advantage always communicates if there is going to be a delay. Eric arrived at the beginning of our new appointment window, which is always a bonus. Professional, courteous and completed the inspection and new thermostat install and whole house humidifier checkup quickly.

We contracted Advantage to install a humidifier on to our existing HVAC system. As it turns out our HVAC system was also originally installed by Advantage. The tech that installed the the humidifier was very professional and a delight to work with. He worked very clean and did a very professional job. He went over how to operate the system and we contracted Advantage to cover our HVAC system for service and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Furnace was In a bad location for finishing the basement.Jerry explained how the furnace could easily be moved.. I’m so glad he did. The finished basement will be much better thanks to Jerry. He and Ventura were on time and the work performed exactly as expected. Thank you, you guys were awesome.

Advantage Installed the HVAC System when my home was built in 2012. I had a problem about 6 months after I moved in. They came at 7:00am the next day to fix the heating under warranty no cost to me. I have them here spring and fall to "tune up" my system. I have a nest thermostat and they programmed and wired it to control my humidity (Aprilaire humidifier).
Every service tech they have sent has been communicative, helpful, and respectful. Also, they clean up after themselves when done!
My only regret is that we are moving to Florida in November. I am going to miss these people!

Nick does a great job!! Installed my furnace and AC a few years back and does the annual furnace and ac inspections. Does great work, shows up on time and when promised. I would highly recommend them for all heating and ac needs..
