Great work - when illnesses strike, they do their very best to reschedule as fast as possible. Professional technicians doing good work. I’ve got the maintenance plan, and I don’t usually buy those type of plans.

Advantage contractors do not have any consideration for the customers in regards to charging them unreasonably. The countless and significant flaws in their installation process is an ongoing pain for everyone and instead of fixing their process, install plans - they only have one standard view ie call out charge, fee for diagnosis for the mess they created. It’s sad and unfortunate we got conned and ripped by pulte and advantage partnership and best we can do is learn from it.

our a/c fan motor decided to stop working on the hottest day so far. they had someone out within 6 hours of my call.
Riley Hudson did a terrific job of completely checking and cleaning the whole system and made an accurate diagnoses of the bad fan motor. he was very patient and easygoing explaining and showing me everything about the unit. it took a couple of days to order the part ( not his fault...) but he was back at our house asap with the part and put everything back together and stuck around to make sure it worked .
in this day of poor and even non existant customer service , riley and advantage went above and beyond my expectations.
and he has a very friendly helpful personality.

Have used Advantage Heating for 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their work. They do a spring tune-up on our air conditioning and a fall tune-up on our heating. They are very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

A man in what seemed to be a leadership or management position by the Name of John does not seem aware of what it is he would need to do if he were asked. I’m not confident in him and I’m not the only person that has felt this. Be aware of this company’s management, I’d look into this John guy if I were of leadership level. Watch him in the field please, because I sure will be. if this guy keeps up his act up, I’d be ashamed to have you dirt bags touch anything in a home again. John, keep your slimy hands away from any customer’s air product. And quit forcing product down our throats

I’ve had the pleasure of Riley being my technician the last couple of years, performing preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit during the fall and spring. Reilly is prompt, courteous, and above all, knows what he is doing. I asked him several questions regarding the unit and he answered my questions easily and in a way that I understood. I especially appreciated that he maintained exceptional safety standards during the peak of Covid. He is very thoughtful about my safety and his, and on one occasion, he firmly but courteously reminded a property manager that he needed to provide space in order for him (Riley) to work safely. I really appreciated that. Thanks for being an outstanding technician!

Advantage has taken care of our home HVAC for about seven years. A routine system check for upcoming summer weather. We've purchased their Residential Maintenance Contract each year! Whether a repair or Routine Maintenance; Advantage has come through for us as any concern has come up. Nothing but good things to say. Advantage's contract service checks our system twice a year and stands behind their work. Recently, we've had an intermittent problem, generally the most challenging to find before a failure. Advantage made all levels of company expert support available to diagnose and solve the issue. Constantly coming through to maintain our HVAC and address concerns.

The people at Advantage Heating & Cooling are great to work with. Very responsive to calls and requests for service. Our technician, Eric, was fantastic. Installed a humidifier and cold air return to our furnace during this visit. Everything was done efficiently and he walked through the entire installation once he was completed to let us know where everything was and how it worked.
