Great service from the moment I contacted them to set up a service call. Alex, the HVAC technician was very professional, polite and informative. Alex took his time explaining what was needed to repair our system instead of just checking boxes and rushing to the next job. As a customer, I do like to know my options if any. Alex, took his time going over those options with me. I chose Advantage Heating and Cooling to complete the repairs needed because of the customer care they provided with every step of the process.

Alex arrived when expected and got right to work. I just wanted the piece of mind that my system was working efficiently. Alex explained and showed me what he was checking and what levels he was checking. Alex was professional and and patient as I asked questions. He made suggestions for things to keep in mind for future servicing. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service I received from Alex and Advantage Heating & Cooling. Strongly recommend!

Last summer, the capacitor went out on my down stairs unit, and I didn’t really know any good AC companies in our area. However, Advantage was recommended to me by a good friend so I decided to tried this company out for this one time service to fix my capacitor. A technician by the name of Alex came out to fix the problem, and boy did we hit the jackpot with him. His knowledge is remarkable and he is truly a professional! He gave us a very detailed overview of what he was going to do and once he was done, he again gave us a detailed run down of the maintenance he preformed. Fast forward a few months, we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance program. Today we had them come out to do routine maintenance/cleaning of our heating system and guess who showed up! Alex! I’m telling you, this guy is the G.O.A.T.! He again got here and explained in detail what he would be doing. Throughout his visit, he continued to ask if we had questions or concerns, and he also gave us a number of pointers on best practices to efficiently heat/cool our home. I had my reservation about AC companies because I’ve heard horror stories about other companies who come out and try to rip consumers off by selling you services and things you really don’t need; however, this was not the case. I’m not the one to normally write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Advantage Heating and Cooling! This is the company you need to call for all your HVAC needs, HANDS DOWN!! When you do call them, ask them to send you Alex! He is the man! I’m sure all of their Technicians are awesome, but I will be requesting Alex moving forward. Thank you Advantage Heating and Cooling! Oh, I forgot to mention, the lady who works the front desk (can’t remember her name) is awesome and very helpful as well!

They crushed it this morning getting AC back in my house. Ask for Alex. Dude is chill, extremely knowledgeable, and does a great job explaining the complexity of how your system works.

So, just before the polar vortex decided to hit, our heat stopped working, on a Fri night no less. We had to have someone come out over the weekend as we were going out of town on Mon to celebrate Christmas with family; so we settled for another company who will remain nameless. That company left our attic with hvac wires hanging everywhere and a seriously ridiculous quote of $1500 to fix it. So after the holidays were over, we called Advantage, asked for a tech who had serious experience to come out and look thru the jacked up mess left by the other guys and see what it would take to fix our system. Their tech, Mike, came out that very day, spent about 45 mins looking over our unit and gave us a quote to replace a part, which was still under warranty, and it was less than 1/4 of the quote from the other guys. As soon as the part came in, Mike came back out, got our heat up and running, and for the price quoted. He was thorough and professional, and even took time to explain what he had done, answered several of my silly questions, and advised on how to make the best use of the system.
We won't call anyone but Advantage H&C again, no matter what!

Advantage has been a helpful & reliable HVAC provider for us for years. Technicians do a nice job & take time to answer our questions. On today's maintenance check, Derrick climbed a ladder to readjust our dampers -- an extra effort that made a difference to us.
