    In today’s world, In-Town Heating and A/C was a joy to work. They were courteous on the phone, kept their appointment time, the technicians were well trained, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves. We would certainly highly recommend them.

    I can’t thank In-town Heating and Air enough for their prompt and efficient service last week during the historic record cold that our area suffered. German, my technician, stayed with the job until my heat was restored. I know it was a difficult fix and he went on to other service visits after leaving my house, but he stayed cheerful and positive throughout to calm my fears. Again, many thanks!,,

    So far not impressed at all. 4 weeks from the date we made a claim on our AC unit and they still haven't delivered. We keep being told some Dave guy will call us back with information - and he doesn't. We are told we will get a call within 24-48 hours with an updated on our AC install - and we don't. Dead middle of summer and they have left us hanging. With all the other companies out there, go else where.

    Erick - I’m receiving a different report from the warranty company. Now they say you have the unit in your wharehouse and are trying to figure out if it’s the correct unit?? Do you have it? I’m in the dark here and haven’t gotten the same story from either side it seems. If we would’ve gotten the calls back from some one and updated on the status of things it may have not gotten to this point. I’ll do more digging and if it’s turns out to be all the warranty companies fault i will change my review.

    We have nothing but great things to say. German, our tech, was point on in his diagnosis. Great follow up and our new furnace was installed the very next day.

    We are very disappointed in the service we received from In Town Heating & Air. They came to the house through our home warranty company due to our heat being out. When the technician arrived, he informed me that the issue was due to a lack of cleaning (not covered under warranty) however we had just had a cleaning done 2 days prior by another contractor. In Town later said they would be an additional $60 for him to do the cleaning. We opted to call the company that did the cleaning just the other day, and have them ensure everything was cleaned properly. When THAT company came back out, free of charge, they showed us that the furnace was indeed properly cleaned and also performed a simple repair which provided us heat once again.

    We are surprised that In Town came out for service, took our $100 deductible, and left us still without heat, blaming the other company. I can guarantee we will be calling the other company, who corrected the issue free of charge, next time we need service especially now that we are out $100 as we have been informed by the home warranty company that it is non-refundable.
