Jay is amazing! We’ve called Jay several times and he has always been quick to respond and shows up when expected. He’s very knowledgeable and does outstanding service. He detected the problem with my AC right away and had the tools available to fix it on the spot (keep in mind I tried a different service and they couldn’t fix it). We called jay to help us with the renovation of our back room at our flower shop and he went above and beyond for us! Our previous faucet was the wrong size for our sink and was not flush to the wall. It was also off center on the wall, which we were set to live with until Jay informed us it was something he could easily fix. Jay patiently and professionally guided us through the whole project. He shared faucet options with us based on our aesthetic for the project and helped us select the perfect style for the shop. He also worked with our contractor to ensure the faucet would sit flush against the wall with the tile.

In addition to piping the sink to be center on the wall, helping us select and install our faucet, and ensure it sits flush against the wall, Jay installed shut off valves from our water main so we don’t have to shut off water to the other tenants the next time we need work done (our shop sits street level in a multi-unit apartment building). It was something we didn’t even know was possible.

The finished product is so beautiful and we can’t recommend and thank Jay, and Even Flow enough. Renovating is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and hire Even flow for your next project- it will be one less thing you have to worry about!

Even Flow installed a forced air garage heater for us. They ran the gas lines super clean in walls tested the lines and put the appropriate shut offs on. They had also vented the exhaust to Code up and out my roof. From start to finish technicians work is top notch. After installation they walked me through setting up smart thermostat.

I can't say enough good things about Evenflow. I called Jay late at night because I needed my hose bibbs changed out. I knew I was in good hands when he told me Ben would be there the next morning to take care my issue. Ben called when he was on his way, explained what needed to be done, walked me through his work and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I can't say enough good things about Ben and the fantastic customer service he provides. Ben always provides amazing service and I am so happy I have a company I can trust!

I called Jay to help with a sewer scope and he was extremely responsive and was able to accomodate our tight schedule. Ben was the one that came to examine the property and he was so incredibly knowledgable. He educated me on every step of the process. I highly recommend using Even Flow for your plumbing needs!!

I called Even Flow late last week to come out for a plumbing issue as we were noticing water on the kitchen ceiling, most likely coming from the kids bathroom above. Ben was our technician and he was great. He arrived on time, was personable, funny, and helpful. He explained what he thought the issue was, why he was going to do what he did, and how we could potentially fix an issue in the future.

Ben found and fixed the problem without unnecessary work and cost. Would definitely recommend this company again. Thanks all, and especially Ben.

Evenflo was so accommodating. Our was out on a hot day and they made sure to get someone out that night so that we didnt have to wait. Judy in the office was so sweet and helpful! Jay the owner was so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend yhis company. Every time we have called them foe the past 6 years, it has been phenomenal service! Highly recommend!

Had new ejector pump installed by Ben. He examined and explained the issue thoroughly, keeping me informed along the way. Workmanship is very good. Ben is not only professional, but very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
