Jay answer promptly and scheduled a time to come out the same day (we had no heat). He was able to find the problem and explain the issue to us clearly. An hour or so later we had working heat and happy kids.

Jay and Joe came out to check my AC unit ... I had no to little AC on 2nd floor. Jay found my dampeners were almost closed ... opened them up and WOW! House hasn’t been this cool since I moved in!!! Amazing guys! Fast and thorough! Highly recommended!!!!

Jay helped my Son In Law and I install a hot water heater, when the self install process ran amuck!! We struggled to sweat the dielectric fittings to the existing copper pipe.( inexperience on my part) It was a Sunday and he could have told us no... instead, he agreed to swing by and assist us. 1st Class service and a Sunday call, THANK YOU!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Jay and his colleague Chandler. We sprung a leak in a pipe in the basement, causing damage. Jay quickly diagnosed what to do to fix the problem and did so in a professional and I must say meticulous way. I appreciate when people take pride in their work.
