Ben was wonderful. The office responded immediately and had Ben out to my elderly parents house within an hour to help unclog their toilet. (dad flushed small scissors by accident). He not only fixed the problem, he took some extra time to just chat a bit with my folks who don't interact much with other people. I would highly recommend Even Flow and Ben! Thank you.

Ben was amazing! He was able to come to our house on short notice to help with a drain clogging that caused sewage water to come in our basement. He was very thorough and made sure the job was done right! I recommend anyone to call Evenflow for all your plumbing needs! The office manager Judy was amazing as well and made sure to get Ben in contact with me asap!

A different plumbing group informed me that my sewer main had a break in it. I called Even Flow looking for a second opinion and quote for the work. After Ben had finished scoping the line, and showed me the sewer main, he determined that there was no break, saving me thousands!

This company is incredible - personable, professional, they are truly emergency room surgeons to houses - who take pride in their work and get the job done - my second house I Wheaton had a sewer back up - they jimmied their schedule to get someone out that day as I was flying out in afternoon - it truly would have been a disaster with sewage in house & basement into showers/baths if they did not care to get in that day - diagnosed problem and cleared out 3+feet of blocked sewage in outdoor pipe - I felt like they were front lines WWI soldiers the way the worked through hard yucky stuff to correct what truly was an emergency. And today - they fixed a leaking sump pump pipe again another rescue that could have left a lot of water leakage damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys -they are honest experienced experts in what they do and they work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I'm super grateful. they are my heroes.

These guys are the best! I have specifically used Jay multiple times on our home, but tonight was just the best. Christmas evening...10:30 p.m. I feel the first floor getting cooler, and notice that our smart thermostat says something is wrong. I call him (couldn't recall if it was the office #) and not only does he answer, but walks me through for 90 minutes via Facetime! On Christmas! Who does that? He also made sure we were doing the right steps, and gave us different options. Patience beyond belief, as I am not the most handy person. I would give them 6 stars if I could, and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jay!

We were VERY pleased with the job Jay and team did replacing
our 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. They excelled in their timeliness, hard work, cleanliness and politeness. In the end they did a GREAT job! We would absolutely use them again and highly

I would highly recommend Even Flow Mechanical Services to anyone. Jay is friendly, professional and extremely knowledge about all types of home HVAC and hot water heater systems. He repaired my home's central air conditioning unit after it stopped working and was able to come out and fix it the day after I called. I've used this company for other services as well. Excellent work!

I couldn't recommend Jay enough! He not only was able to fix the issue I had but, was also more than willing to help walk me through the repair to try and save me some money while I was waiting for him to come by. Although I was unable to fix it on my own, in lieu of his very clear instructions, he was able to fix my issue quickly, professionally and was a good conversation all while doing so. And it was a Saturday! JAY IS THE MAN! Give him a chance and you will not be disappointed.
