THE INSTALATION TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL... They were on time and installed it in a couple hours....Furnace went out on a Monday night... New furnace was installed on Thurs morning...In the mean time they dropped off heaters to get through the nights in between... I would def use them again.
