I would highly recommend this company. From the initial service call to the completion of the installation of the a/c and furnace, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Keith was empathetic when My old air conditioner unit could not be repaired and it needed to be replaced during a hot, muggy week. The installers, Jason and Nathan, were exceptional. They were professional and hard working. Upon completion and long day, Nathan took the time to walk me through the units and made sure I understood the functionality and proper maintenance. I felt very comfortable in the quality of products I purchased and the skill of the installers.

I was impressed as they were on time when advised of the arrival time. The technician was thorough and explained what had been done once finished. I would use this company again.

I would highly recommend and use them again. I get nervous Googling repair companies and using ones that haven't been personally recommended to me but this company was a good find. The technician Fern was great. He was professional, efficient, and explained what was wrong and showed me readings from the AC unit which was well above my head to understand. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and now i have cold air again. The tech didn't do any unnecessary repairs to raise the bill, so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

Trinidad was very nice. He fit us in during a very hectic time when we were left without heat by another company. He is very patient and explains things well. The men who fixed the repairs did a nice job. Everything works and we have heat and everything looks good. Would recommend them!
