Our household needed a whole-house humidifier. I did my due diligence and finally selected Service 1. Mr. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone when I explained my situation for needing a replacement humidifier. Mr. Vance arrived within the expected time window and expertly installed the humidifier, explaining the mechanics and what I would need to do for maintenance. I appreciate his skill, efficiency, professionalism and courteousness. The price was great, and the service was excellent! I have had a very positive experience with Service 1 Plumbing, Heating & A/C, Inc.

I called Service 1 for plumbing needs before and after the installation of my new countertops. Patrick was absolutely awesome. He was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. I needed some electrical work done and he hooked me up. This is the only company to call. Thank you so much Patrick and and to Wyatt, his right hand man. Outstanding job!

Service 1 was absolutely great! From the salesman Richard to the two Installers (Randy and ?), everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! They arrived at exactly 8:00 am and were done installing both the AC and Furnace by 2:00 pm. They took time to explain everything and cleaned up after themselves. They even sanitized the doorknobs they used on their way out. Really, two great installers and an honest upfront salesmen. I got 4 quotes before committing to them. They were slightly lower then a couple of other quotes when comparing apples to apples. When coupled with their financing options and my overall gut feeling of their service, it wasn’t even in question who I was going with. For all these reasons, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND service 1 for your HVAC needs.

Absolutely no one better in the industry. Had them out last year for annual maintenance and the tech mentioned I had a small leak in my refrigerant. He was able to top it off and lasted all year. I knew I needed to replace both AC and Furnace this year. Their prices were outstanding. The tech was in and out in 1 day. Cleaned up better than my wife, lol, and was very friendly and informative. Will use no one but Service 1 for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Service 1 was amazing. I used them for a new air conditioning unit. Very friendly and responsive staff. They took enhanced safety precautions due to COVID19. The price was fair. Almost $1500 less than one of their competitors. They were flexible in scheduling. The salesman and installation tech were on time and upfront about pricing. I definitely recommend Service 1.

I did use them for plumbing work for kitchen faucet and new toilet installation. They came on time and did a great job in less than the time I anticipated. They were razor focussed and did a quality job. They were reasonable in price compared to other companies. I highly recommend them.

Patrick and Wyatt were very professional when they came to repair my water heater. I was given an ETA between 8 and noon and they showed up around 10. They came in and got the job done. The repair was done very cleanly and my new piping looks great and best of all I have peace of mind that I won't have a leak. I would highly recommend Service 1.

From the time I initially called the office to set up the service call on my HVAC system the service, prompt response and attention to detail were 110%! Dave made the on-site assessment and made recommendations that met our budget with a system that exceeded our expectations. On the same day Randy and Morales came out and installed our new Trane furnace, including removal and disposal of our 35 year old unit. Their attention to detail and courtesy were stellar! I've already referred them to my neighbors.

I needed my ejector pump replaced, so I found them online and their good reviews were accurate. They came when the said they would and they were friendly. I’m in the trades myself and I knew they were not only knowledgeable about their trade but also efficient and happy to explain what they were doing. They also replaced my check valve because it was installed wrong. To sum it up they not only did what I asked but went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
