Dan and team were incredibly helpful when my AC unit conked out in the middle of a heat wave. Dan was clear in explaining my options for replacement and helped me to make sure instillation would go smoothly with my existing furnace. The team was considerate and clean when in my home. And Dan checked in the next day to make sure everything was going smoothly with the new unit and sent me all the warranty information promptly. Highly recommend!

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Pozitive Heating & Cooling. Recently, they installed a new furnace and a/c unit in our home. They were very professional, took care of all the permits, and even worked with the closing company to make sure the work met the closing company's standards. We were very thankful for Dan and his polite and efficient team 2 years ago when they did a difficult air conditioner installation on a Saturday during a heat wave the day after we called them.
So of course we called them first when our furnace fan quit. All our service options were explained in detail the morning after we called. The furnace and water heater were replaced within the week.

Benjamin was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!

Roger, my technician is very thorough and has always been courteous, professional and punctual in responding to my service calls.
