Pozitive Heating & Cooling

I am pleased with my service call for Pozitive Heating and Cooling. When my furnace motor went out on a cold day, Pozitive Heating and Cooling was able to come out to access my furnace within the hour. John had a truck full of parts, including a new motor for my furnace. John was professional. Thanks to Pozitive Heating and Cooling, my furnace is working properly again.

This has to be the best heating and cooling company on record. They always have been very prompt on appointments and everything is perfect when they leave. You would not be sorry if you used them.

I have used Pozitive a couple times since moving to Shorewood and I have nothing but great things to say about them! They always fit me into their schedule fast when I need them. Super friendly to talk to over the phone AND the repair guys that come out explain everything in detail and are friendly also.

What a horrible experience. I had to fully replace both brand new heating and air conditioning units within a year. Says he sold the business. They were no better.

What a waste of money!?! All they did was pump in Freon without fixing the leak. It will leak right out again. Call someone else.
UPDATE: I just read his response, someone should get a job writing fiction. You should have heard Tony when he called me today, someone was yelling, but it was not me. If you look at their invoice, it is filled with so many disclaimers that I wonder how often they have these issues.
UPDATE 2: Wow, the personal attacks on Facebook are really something. I just blocked this guy.
