We were very happy with our service one experience. The service and the sales guy came out in one visit and never once tried to add on any extra costs for anything. After having a few other places quote us, they were the most cost effective and to gave us the best model for that price. They were able to also come out quickly and do the install for both our air conditioning and furnace units. We would absolutely and already have recommended their service.

I love everything about this company. They are the best . Mr. Vance was polite , topnotch salesman . No pressure and straightforward deal maker . Installers Erick and Caesar were knowledgeable. Answering all questions I had. They took good care my needs. They were punctual took care all the cleaning so well.prices are good. I would recommend to all my friends and families. I am very pleased with the service and repair for my air conditioner. Technician came out the same day that I called, and installed the new part the next day. Technician was very professional. Protected my carpet with a cloth at the front door. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and prompt. Price was reasonable. I will be calling them again if I need service.

We had an issue with our water heater and Service One came out quick to check out the matter. He communicated effectively, was on-time, and very informative about the issue. He answered all my questions! Will definitely utilize them again! 😁

We had all new mechanical components (furnace, a/c, tankless hot water heater) installed simultaneously as well as rough plumbing for a basement bath.

We had a great experience! They were very responsive from first point of contact. Branden came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions even when I called him back during non business hours on a Friday! He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get my new units installed very quickly (within 1 business day of estimate). The team that showed up (didn't get their name) was on time and professional! They completed the project with no hiccups or mess! I highly recommend!!

Branden Schuster just came to our house and he was AMAZING! We are new homeowners and have no idea what is what. He was so through and he even explained each part and what they did, how they function, etc. AND he saved us $800 from an Air Duct company who said we had mold when there was none! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The service performed on 04/22/23 was a bathtub spout and two shower handles. The hard water in our town made the job difficult, luckily for us, the plumbers were top notch. I would definitely recommend this company and their services. Having piece of mind with plumbing work is priceless. Thank you!

Just replaced my AC and this company really values customers. I've been requesting quotes since last July and Service 1 Inc offers so many things other than just replacing the AC. I love the work that was preformed and I'm completely satisfied. I feel like I got a lot for what I paid, compared to what other companies offered (which was basically remove the old AC unit and replace it with the new).

Service One was incredible with both our recent furnace replacement and ac unit replacement this past summer. Dave was timely and even left us space heaters to use free of charge. Furnace and AC unit replacement were both next day and it was appreciated that financing was available. Everyone is kind and helpful.
