Service One

Our furnace went out late at night and it's 3 degrees out. I haven't had it serviced before in our new home so I wasn't sure who to call. I tried another company first that said they did emergency service but I kept getting an answering service that said they would call back in the morning. I'm so glad after that I found an old receipt from the previous homeowners from Service 1! They came right away. Really appreciated that they took COVID-19 prevention precautions. We are warm again!

Mike was a fabulous tech. As a new homeowner, he walked me through what he was doing to maintain my A/C and what I can do to keep it running efficiently. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and matter-of-fact, which are the qualities you want from any service provider who comes to your home.

From the first meeting with Richard I knew this was going to be a very professional company. During the entire quote Richard explained what needed to be replaced and why. I’m my opinion was no attempt to over sell and my needs were listened to and incorporated into the final quote. The installers , Alex and Randy, showed up on time and got to work at all times respecting my floors and carpet. The work was finished ahead of when I expected and the area they work in was left clean. The system was explained to me and all manuals were given. They took time to answer some of the questions I had. After several week all is running great and we definitely have a new HVAC company! Excellent start to finish!

My daughter recently bought her first house and during the home inspection we found there was water dripping from the plenum. Service 1 installed the system in July of 2018. They came out and took a look and took care of the problem at no cost. They could of easily just said it is beyond warranty. But, they took care of it. I would deferentially recommend them . Both customer service and tech was great. Thank you.

Service was great! The team was on time, professional, and took all adequate measures to ensure that our family was protected with the current state of the pandemic. We immediately noticed the difference in function of our equipment as well. Wonderful experience! As a result my next door neighbor used them as well.

service one heating and a/c installed a new furnace and air conditioner six years ago at my house in downers grove and my parents house which is also in downers grove. i have been a satisfied customer ever since.

service one is very responsive to my requests for a service call or to answer any questions i have about my heating and air system. my parents are in their 90's so it's important for me to make sure that their heating and air conditioning needs are taken care of in a timely fashion.
