My gas was shut off due to finding 4 leaks in the basement. Called Service 1 and they had someone out at 8am the next morning to fix the leaks and move a couple of lines I wanted relocated. When I called in they were super friendly. They originally scheduled me between noon-2, but they called back shortly after to let me know they could fit me in a few hours earlier instead, which was great! The guy who came out listened to what I needed and got right to work. I think it took a little bit longer than he expected and quoted me for, but he stuck to the original quote which I greatly appreciated (I didn't ask). The gas company came back out a few hours later, commented on how well done the work he did was and turned my gas back on! Very happy with the service, would use again! Thank you!

Best price for the garage heating unit I was looking to purchase. The installation was on time and professional, high quality install. Customer service has been great. Two minor issues were resolved quickly and conveniently! Call and get your quote for repair or install, you to could become a Service 1 customer!

Service 1 answer the phone on the second ring. About an hour later Dave the technician was at my door. Dave was very patient and informative. Dave left my home at 8:30 pm and at 8am the next morning my old furnace was being replaced. Randy installed my new Trane furnace. Randy was polite professional and fast. I am very satisfied with Service 1 and I will recommend them to family and friends !

Very impressed with overall process. From initial inspection with Pat and sale with Richard, to the flexibility of scheduling, to the techs arriving on time as promised and completing everything as expected. They even took the time to walk us through operation of the new thermostat and maintenance of the unit. Pricing was great and you can't beat 0% financing. Will choose them again when ready to replace my other unit.

Excellent service noted in 2/2020 with Service 1. This was my first service call with the company and I was lucky to find them to fix my problem after a Google search . Jim, the service tech, came Saturday morning on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem (failed solenoid switch and piercing valve on my humidifier system creating constant water run-off), pulled parts from his truck stock and made the repairs. The service was professional, timely and completed at a reasonable cost. So much so, I will use the company for routine home HVAC inspections and as Board Treasurer for a 118 unit townhome association, recommend them to my neighbors. Jim was just great!

Furnace would not heat above 62. Called on a Sunday morning and explained my problem to Jim. He had it diagnosed as soon as I said I had a Nest thermostat. With his perfect instructions I had it rewired in about 15 minutes. He had Mike come by on Monday to double check. Problem was the installer for the Nest got the wires crossed up. The problem only showed up in 0 degree weather. They did not charge me for the service. FANTASTIC.

We got a new Trane furnace and AC system installed by Service 1. The two-person crew worked hard and did it all in one day, with great communication and professionalism. We were delighted with their work, and also their clean-up at the end!

Our installer was Shaun, he replaced furnace out and air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price was great and he got the job done in less than 5 hours! He was also very cognizant of the current COVID-19 situation and wore a mask and gloves during the job. We definitely recommend Service One, and Shaun.
