Highly recommend Service 1! Our salesman Branden was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with the many questions we had regarding the products we were considering. His follow-up was impeccable. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Their installation team was exceptional. They were on time, efficient, and personable. Our contract was signed on a Thursday and services were completed on the following Monday. Their team installed a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, thermostat, and cleaned all ducts in one day. Service 1 provided us with high-quality products at a competitive price. VERY pleased!

I had a basement hot water copper pipe and a water heater pressure relief valve water leak. Called Service 1 plumbing & heating and got me on the schedule quickly. Service plumber "Al" came on time, replaced the hot water pipe, pressure relief valve, and expansion tank in 1 visit. He was quick (1.25Hrs), thorough, clean, great work all around. I've used Service 1 twice for plumbing needs; I highly recommend this business! Not to mention I've used them quite a few times for AC/Heating needs and; always great work!

Sump pump and backup sump pump replacement. Pat walked me through various options and got it installed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend if you need someone to be honest and upfront.

This is a great HVAC company. I've had them service my AC and Furnace for years. They've also cleaned my air ducts and replaced 2 of my exterior hose bibs. They do good work at a fair price and always available.
