Service One

We’ve had Pat do multiple plumbing projects for our home over the past few months and every visit he is timely, knowledgeable, friendly. Often goes above and beyond to show us the ins and outs of the service and assists with any questions we may have. We will always use their service for future projects. We highly highly recommend them!

The guys that came out were polite and worked a long day on a very old and difficult AC/Furnace change out. They came out the day after the AC system went down, on the hottest day of the year, and worked 10 hours to make sure we didn’t have to go another night without AC. Can’t thank them enough! They also did a few extra things that needed to get done at no extra charges to the final bill. We were charged, to the penny what we were quoted. It’s nice to find a company that does the work, no matter what they walk into when they arrive, for what the job was quoted. I highly recommend this company and crew.

Most reasonably priced in the area. Service technician was very professional and friendly. Responded to my service request in a timely manner. Would recommend to all my friends and family!!

Randy who installed the new furnace was amazing! He laid down tarps on the floor and was very professional. I was sticker shocked at the price of a new furnace but that’s life. Would recommend using Service 1, but would have received more bids if the furnace didn’t go out when it was 5 degrees outside.

The technician Branden was on time. He was very thorough and explained my options in detail. Pricing was reasonable and the work was done in an efficient manner. I will be using Service One for any services from here on out!

On a cold, Wintery morning here in Chicago it is never fun to wake up to your furnace not running. Called Service 1 and they were able to make it out the same day (Wasn't necessarily expecting that) and the technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back up in running in now time. Highly recommend Service 1!

Highly recommend! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called to set up an appointment. The plumbers, Patrick and I forgot his sons name where here within an hour of calling. Not only were they able to find the leak and fix it within 30 minutes they were very patient with my questions, explained what was going on with the leak and were very friendly with myself and my young kids, because of course kids want to see everything. I can not explain how thankful I am for their expertise and care they showed. Being a single female I always worry I will get robbed of money because I don’t know what I’m talking about, but I can assure you that I did not feel at all like I got ripped off. I actually feel I robbed them. 😂
Again, I highly recommend them!! I know I have found my “go to” plumbers.

After try to repair my shower plumbing myself and getting admttingly comical results, I placed a call to the pros at Service1 Inc. Patrick arrived rather quickly, diagnosed my problem and had my up and running within the hour 🙂 The price was reasonable for the expertise and quality of work provided. I would recommend Service 1 Inc. to anyone for their plumbing and heating and cooling needs 🙂 Keep up the great work!!!

Mr. Al came to our house and found the exact copper 45 degree fitting in the wall that was leaking from the second floor down through the first floor and then down in the basement. He is a honest and good hearted real man! No soy boy either! He was friendly, polite, honest, kind, and explained some things 2 or 3 times to help me understand exactly what he was doing at every stage of the process. I also liked that Mr. Al was very respectful of our home and didn't want to make a mess or cut any large holes through the drywall. He made very small holes and was able to find the leak. What a great guy! Class act! I would highly recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE who needs a solid, honest, good hearted plumber! AL IS THE MAN!!
