Service One

I called Service One Plumbing because of loud noise coming from water softener tank. I received the best customer service over the phone from Maria. Service One sent a technician the same day within the hour. The technician was so kind and patient with me. I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity. My water softener system was malfunctioning because of age. (Given option to shut down) The water supply could still function without replacement. Because the I was a local customer I was not charged for evaluation. I will refer Service One to family and friends. Well satisfied customer.

Great service. Our thermostat broke out of nowhere and they were able to send a specialist within couple hours. Brandon was very professional, informative and within 30 min our A/C was up and running. Highly recommend them!

We initially had a service tech (David) come out to do a routine AC tune up. He noticed the unit was leaking and dripping into the furnace and that it was already 20 years old. He very thoroughly explained the issue and the potential resolutions, along with his recommendation. He offered us a cosmetically damaged unit at a discount price, which we said we needed to think about it. When we called back the next day (and the old unit had conked out in the meantime), the damaged unit had already been sold to someone else (which he did warn us could happen), but he said he'd give us a new one instead and honor the discounted price he'd quoted us for originally. The very next day we had an installer out to the house and he got the unit in and up and running in about 4 hours. He was friendly and professional and provided me the paperwork for the manual. Overall we're very impressed with the service and the pricing we received and thankful that our AC is now blowing cold again! We'd highly recommend Service 1 to anyone who needs work done on their home systems!

I had Service One inspect my furnace for an annual checkup The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I've had bad experiences in the past with HVAC technicians from other companies but Service One was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely use them in the future.

Never ever have a problem with Service 1. We have been using this company for about 3 or 4 years now. We have used all of their services, and no matter which staff member they send, everyone has always been pleasant, and very knowledgeable in their specific field.
Yesterday, Morales installed a new AC for us. He was here for several hours, as he was working solo. Very pleasant young man. He cleaned up thoroughly, and even cleaned up after me. I was doing some gardening in the back yard and forgot to put away my branch cutter. He told me he put them in the garage! WoW!

Service1 was extremely timely when we needed them. The free estimate was helpful to see our problem and quickly know our options. We felt the pricing was fair, and we were able to quickly get on their schedule for an installation. The team at install was extremely professional and clean. Would recommend. thank you.

I have had 3 new complete Furnace & AC units replaced in the last 3 years by Service 1. Every time they were there quickly, provided a competitive estimate, and installed all in the same day! Highly recommend them!

I’m a new home owner and started experiencing backup in my drains. I called Service 1 and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My tech was Al and he was absolutely amazing! He was on time, professional and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Al provided high quality service and went above and beyond to ensure that he provided a proper diagnoses. If I can give Al and Service 1 more than 5 stars, I would! I will recommend them to all my family and friends. :-)

Although we had used Service 1 for both plumbing and HVAC maintenance before, it was our first time having them replace a furnace and the experience was honestly one of the best I've ever had. Service 1 was on time, the team was professional and courteous, and most important, they removed our 20 year old colossal furnace from a crawl space. I swear, these guys did what I thought was impossible. I was told by 2 other companies that our old furnace was married to the house yet here we are, new furnace in and the old furnace gone. Did I mention that they turned a 2 day job into 1? They replaced our furnace, our AC unit, and our geriatric humidifier all in a matter of 7 hours. Something else: their price point was the lowest out of everyone I shopped around with. I'm just blown away really. The whole experience was so great and as a result, they got a lifetime customer. I've been going with different companies to get the lay of the land for the past 5 years and after today, I literally get to stop searching. I'm going with Service 1 until I either move or die. Simple as that.
