They were very quick to service our broken heater in December. So, it was a no brainer to schedule an AC inspection and cleaning in the Spring. Brandon was very respectful of our property and told us what he did and what we can expect coming up.

The Service One plumbers replaced the main water valves and installed a NuvoH2O home water softener. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and completed the job according to plan. This is the second job they've done for me and I would hire them again.

I would like to say that Service 1 HVAC replaced my furnace, A-coil and condenser unit A/C. I chose this company after several different quotes. Vance represented A1 heating and cooling very professionally.
The day of the install Aaron and Caesar were the HVAC technicians to do the work for the removal and replacement of my HVAC system. They were very professional knowledgeable and did a great job. I would not hesitate in recommending Service One to anybody that's looking for any HVAC services.

I called Service1 on Dec. 23 because my furnace was not working, it was -37 degrees outside. They responded that evening! The representative Brandon walked into my freezing house with two space heaters because he said he knew the house would be cold. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The unfortunate news was my furnace could not be repaired. He was very patient as he explained the different types of furnaces and what was needed for my house. I was expecting a house full of company on Christmas Eve. He assured me the new furnace would be install and working by then. As promised, the team arrived at 9 am with the furnace and installation was completed by 1:30. They were extremely professional and took great care to clean up any of the 'mess' that was created by the installation.
I have only positive comments for this company and their dedication to customer service. It is so refreshing to find a company that still believes in customer service and quality work!

Aaron arrived within the designated time slot and went right to work concentrating on the outside unit and then moved to the inside to complete the AC installation, Aaron was profestional and had excellent work ethic, I would recommend Service 1 to anyone

The installation took about 3hrs 15min which was within the estimated time frame. The crew of two were polite, quick, reasonably clean (drop cloths) & completed the job very professionally. We are very happy with the outcome.

This review is to compliment Service 1 Inc and the installers on their excellent work done for me. I requested service for a crew member to check out the furnace and thermostat. Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and quoted me a price for a new furnace, HVAC , and humidifier. From beginning to end Service 1 had all my concerns covered and questions answered. Randy and Aaron were friendly, courteous, professional, timely, and efficient. Five stars across the board. I called Service 1 for plumbing service on my slow-draing kitchen sink. The problem was a stubborn one, but my technician was diligent and was able to get the blockage cleared. I am thoroughly pleased with his work, and I will call Service 1 for any future home service needs.

We just had Pat and Wyatt come by very soon after we called about our emergency. Our pipes had frozen due to a cold snap. It was the day before Christmas Eve and we were hosting our family the next day. Needless to say we were very stressed. They were very professional and kind. Fantastic people all around. Their service was quick and affordable. I highly recommend them and will be sure to call them if another plumbing issue arises. You should too!
