Patrick and Wyatt were just great. They had to practically stand on their heads to get to the exact location of the pipe that was leaking. In order to get to the broken pipe they had to disconnect the water heater (which they found was set too hot), plus work with the pipe behind the toilet. It was a long afternoon for them yet they were so nice and friendly. Had it not been for an ugly plumbing problem, they were a joy to have around. It’d be nice if there were more folks like them. Would do business with them and the company again and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends

My AC went out and I called to see if they could come and diagnose the problem. They came after hours on the same day I called and immediately fixed the problem. The rep installed a new thermostat. The rep was very knowledgeable and polite and I was very happy it was able to be fixed so promptly since it was very hot that day. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Technician was on time, even a little early...went about his routine and tested my unit and explained the problem. Was not pushy nor did he try to sell me a new unit. Our our heating system is 20 + years old and we asked for an estimate to replace ..he took pictures and measurements for replacing out existing heating unit along with a great price...so far, we are very happy with Comfort 1

The technician installed a new humidifier into the furnace made adjustments, and corrected previous electrical hookup, cleaner both furnaces, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite, we will definitely keep this company in our contacts for future maintenance.

Very professional, quick to respond and realistic with our options. Would definitely use again for both hvac and plumbing. With previous companies multiple people come out to look at the same problem before we’ve gotten any answers or time frame. With. These guys, they arrived at the very beginning of their time slot, found the problem, left for less than 2 hours and were back to fix the issue same day. Very professional and courteous as well as efficient. Patrick and his son were our plumbers and Brandon was our HVAC guy. All great and helpful with our questions.

Brandon arrived within the window service was scheduled for. He was professional and friendly, and used a mask and gloves as added safety measures during COVID. He was straight with me about the age of my units and the service I needed. I felt very comfortable with him. I had my capacitor replaced and not knowing anything about it, the price seemed okay. I looked it up after the fact and seem to have paid a little above the average cost, including labor, for the capacitor (according to Angie’s List), but seeing it was our first time, I couldn’t complain. The refrigerant was the more expensive issue. All-in-all, I would use Service 1 again.

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. I’m remodeling my 170 yr. old house and Pat and Wyatt went out of their way to clear out my corroded cast iron plumbing system. This required them to work with my carpentry contractor. Pat was professional, flexible, and knowledgeable in working with our carpenter in replacing barely-functional 70 yr. old plumbing. I can’t thank him enough for his creativity in solving all our hellacious plumbing issues. It was a nightmare! Also, three years ago Pat also helped us run a new water line to commercial property we were selling and, thanks to his fast, professional job, we sold the property in record time. Service One is our go-to company for all our plumbing snd heating issues. They are responsive, friendly, and committed to total client satisfaction. You won’t be sorry if you give them a call.

Pat and Wyatt were extremely good at not only the plumbing aspects of the job, but also how to work with and correct nonstandard site and issues that the job presented. I would most definitely recommend their work and Service 1 that provided them at a reasonable value.

Update:

After my stellar experience on the plumbing side, I opted to look into Service 1 for a furnace and AC replacement. Was not disappointed. Very professional and knowledgeable service and they too cleaned up after themselves. They were promptly on time, and worked quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to do the fine detail work. Full furnace and AC replacement, right down to replacing even the thermostat, and it took from 8AM to 3PM. Pricing was competitive without feeling like I was paying them to cut corners. Still would definitely recommend Service 1 for plumbing or HVAC.

Update 2:

Had a leak start up from an upstairs bathroom drain line. Called mid morning on a Friday, by Friday afternoon Pat and Wyatt show up, take a look, and then gave a couple of options on a cost scale. Knowing their work from previous experience, I opted for the full fix, and they got to work immediately. I had full use of the bathroom by 5PM that day at the latest. Again, professional, clean, and fast. These are top notch plumbers and if the rest of Service Ones crew are even half a good as them, this is the only company you need to call for all of you plumbing and HVAC needs.

I hired Service 1 to shorten the natural gas service pipe that was sticking out of the floor in my kitchen. Their technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, got to work immediately, and shortened the pipe. He also was extremely professional, and he followed social distancing and mask-wearing protocols.

The total price was... a bit higher than I was expecting. But I do feel like I got what I paid for. I would recommend Service 1 to others.
