Jeff, who consulted with me about purchasing a new A/C unit, and Lary, who led the install, were both absolutely top notch! Jeff drove far to my location early in the morning, was upfront about my A/C unit choices, patiently helped me navigate the process, was able to get an install appointment for later that same day, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even took care of the first bug I'd seen in my house in years (so far above the call of duty and, arguably, the part I'm most grateful for! 😅). Lary was prompt, was quick but thorough, and communicated the whole time. The customer service that I've experienced each time from Service One really can't be beat -- it's why I will keep using them and recommending them to friends!

I would think with the reviews this company has that they would have been able to determine the cause of a leak in my air conditioning system. This problem went on for months. They would come, determine refrigerant was low and add more only for it to be not cooling again a few days later. The system would not cool below 78 during the summer and was told it was normal during extreme heat even though I did not have that problem the summer before and expressed that to them many times. They even did "leak tests" and supposedly could not find a leak. I was told the problem was the unit was probably too small for the house (one they installed). I was told if I added more vents and return ducts that it would fix the problem. WRONG. It never made a bit of difference. Eventually the compressor went bad due to their inability to fix the problem. All they want to do is squeeze more and more money out of me. I currently owe $5500 and have not had a working unit for months. I'm a single mother and I trusted these people when they said they could fix this so I opened a Wells Fargo home projects card to pay them. After over $5000 dollars and a unit still not working why in the world would I pay them anymore money? I pay and pay and pay with no resolution. It's starting to get hot out again and I still have no working air conditioner with 2 children in my house. This company should be ashamed. I need air and literally cannot afford to charge the card anymore. The payments are already $200 and it goes up every time I charge it again. I'm really sad more than anything. After living in a house before with no central air I said I'd never live anywhere without air again and here I am because of this place. It's not fair that this company got all this money from me and did not fix the problem and expect me to continue paying more. Currently sitting here with the windows open trying to cool off :-(

My experience with Service One Air was very good! I would recommend them to anyone that needs any assistance with their ac unit. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable she (Edith) was able to resolve the issue quickly. This is going to be my go to company for all heating and cooling systems!

Had another company in first who tried to lie us into having a complete replacement. Called in service 1 for a second opinion. Technician was professional and thorough. Walked us through all the issues (old system so there was the immediate issue and various mid- to long-term issues) without trying to push an upsale, just letting me know all my options. Fixed what I needed fixed now and gave me the info I needed to plan for the future. Very satisfied

Service One was assigned to me by my home warranty company. My upstairs AC unit was not cooling properly. From beginning to end, my service was above and beyond my expectations. Shawn, my first point of contact, scheduled and kept me updated on the arrival time of my technician. Once on site, my technician, John, had that AC unit cooling in no time he was extremely knowledgeable, and explained how to keep my problem from reoccurring. I am extremely happy … their name says it all Service One!

Perhaps a little on the more expensive side than some other smaller local servicers, but worth the premium if you would like a smooth and stress-free process.

We had two Trane units installed in our two story home. Our house was built in 1957 and presented some challenges. The upstairs unit cooled and heated portions of the downstairs making it impossible to keep both floors at a comfortable temperature. One Air suggested a zoned unit upstairs. I was unaware something like this existed, but after learning of the benefits we took the plunge! So happy we did! Our home is so much more enjoyable with constant comfort throughout! And finally we can monitor the upstairs from the downstairs thermostat… and save tones of money $$. We also took advantage of their 10 year maintenance plan!!! Thanks Air One!
