Was referred to Service One Air by my Home Warranty company American Home Shield. When I spoke to Jonathan about my system, he was honest upfront and professional. He gave me options on repair which would have only delayed the inevitable, and also options on a completely new system. After speaking it over with my wife on the current situation with the existing system which was the original from when the house was built in 2007, to what our options were and the different ways to go for a new system, the choice was easy. Because of the professional way in which this organization treats its customers, makes you feel like you are not a number. Scheduled the install which I thoughts was going to be in over a week, turned out we could do it the next day. They had all the parts and units, set the time and we were all set. Larry and his crew showed up on time, explained everything and got to work. Everything was done same day. Larry was very professional and handled everything perfectly. The entire process took 7.5 hours to complete. Would HIGHLY recommend Service One Air.
