Service one Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing

We don’t normally write reviews but when we do it’s about Service One Air and their tech Ian! He arrived earlier than scheduled, was committed to finding the issue and resolving it quickly once diagnosed. We’re now sitting in our living room enjoying being comfortable again. Our dinner toast tonight? TOO IAN!!!

I have never seen this type of work done and after watching your team, it’s certainly not something I’d try myself. Thanks so much.

Service member gave me a 15 minute heads up that he was on his way, and was there when scheduled. He quickly found the problem and replaced the part that had malfunctioned, and it has been running great ever since! Super happy with the service!

They were assigned through AHS. Fast to call set up appt, Steve the repair tech was very helpful and made sure everything was working before leaving. Then the office called to follow up. Recommend highly!!

Doug was sent out with Service One air, through my American Home Shield coverage. What started out as a simple leak repair and freon refill ended up a little more involved. I cant speak highly enough of Doug's professionalism and troubleshooting skills, as well as showing up about 30 minutes before he was scheduled. And we were contacted by the Service One appointment setter within 10 minutes of submitting the request through AHS. I feel very confident that when we are ready to upgrade our entire system, we will call Service One. Absolute 5 star service!

My mini-split system for my garage went down due to a pin hole sized leak inside the unit. How they found it I have no idea. The tech Edith came out and did a great repair and the GM Bryce came out to make sure I was satisfied with the service. These guys are top notch and highly recommend them.

Doug was awesome, he explained things in an easy way to understand. He was courteous and friendly. He can come back anytime!!

I/we could not be happier with our new unit and the service that was provided. Mr. Davis was easy and professional to deal with and gracious enough to be able to talk to me during his off time over the weekend. His crew neat, clean, professional and answered all questions without it seeming to be a bother for them.

Troubleshot quickly and even quicker repair. Great attitude. Will def use them again for my rental and personal homes.

HVAC system failed after initial service call. Diagnosis to fix projected as very expensive. Spoke with owner, Allen Davis and he worked to resolve my issue. Brought system back to operational status. For very reasonable price took me and family out of the intense Texas heat without sending me to poor house.
I am very appreciative.
