Ian, the Service Technician, was friendly and professional. Although the problem was not happening when he arrived, he still inspected everything. He was thorough and made sure he could do all he could do.

Service One Technician was very knowleable ,profesional. Did not hesitate to get in the attic and fix the problem in not time.,tested,troubleshhot the system,and make sure the unit was 100 percent working properly,thank you to the Technician and service one.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Quickly replaced the capacitor and removed clog in drain line from attic. I am always pleased with the service I receive from SERVICE ONE AIR!!

I’d offered to this provider to price match a great offer from another company since they reached out first to come take a look at my clogged toilet. They agreed, came, and charged me extra diagnostic fee. To diagnose something I already knew- a clogged toilet. All he did was flush the toilet, no camera run to even see what’s in there, and gave me estimates. UPDATE: they have promptly reached out to address the issues and offered to make things right, which they did. I’d recommend this company for they do care about customer satisfaction.

Service one is a very professional company. When our air went out I wasn’t able to be there when they came to fix, but my wife said they were extremely professional pointed out some things to her and made the repairs quickly at a reasonable cost. I made a follow up call to the office to ask some detail questions about what had been done (I like to know details and my wife couldn’t explain too well ;-). Stephen answered all my questions in great detail and spent more time on the phone with me than I ever expected. My experience is most service companies do not really want to spend any time explaining what they did. He was friendly and professional and gave me detailed helpful information which will cause me to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing A/C work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been using Service One for almost a year now and I have no complaints. They are knowledgeable, professional and they make sure you understand the services that they performed. They even installed my new air conditioner! I love these guys.

Scammers! Had them come out on an American Home Shield job. They were more expensive to replace a coil then it was for me to just use another company outside of warranty to replace the whole air handler. They charge $129 a pound for refrigerant which is almost double what everyone else in the area charges. They are using their leverage as an AHS contractor to price gouge.

American Home Shield uses this company beware they will try to take your money. Long story short this is the quote I was given when the only thing I needed was JUST FREON. I had another company to come out to check everything out they charged $475.00. Services One A/ C was going to charge me $2355.00 out of pocket for freon plus other charges. They stated I had a leak and I needed a new evaporater coil. Look on my invoice from them 840.00 for freon. Please get a second opinion.
