Service one Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing

Edith came out to help when our AC was down. I’m used to repair people coming out- spending 10 min to “diagnose “ the issue- then telling me they need to order the parts and will be back in 3-5 working days.

Edith was complete- thorough- found and fixed 2 issues- and ultimately left me with a working unit and a list of “to do” items.

I need to replace the unit- but for now she genuinely did her best to get me up and running

What a lovely surprise to get an honest and reliable service contractor. Never tried to sell me anything I did not need. Complete professional service from coming on time to completing the job.
Answered all questions with politeness and knowledge.
Don’t look any further , if you are in Dallas , for a great A/C company and no I do not work for them. I am a genuine very satisfied customer.

Tech was very responsive to all my questions and did a thorough job. AC was running in mid 60s in less than 20 minutes (it was 100 outside).

Doug and Mike came out on an American Home Shield warranty claim for an issue with my 20 yr old AC unit. I was expecting to be dismissed and sold on a new unit, with it being a warranty claim, but Doug far exceeded my expectations.

He resolved the issue for us and then some, was honest, friendly, and professional, and Mike offered maintenance tips. They both went the extra mile to take care of my issue and not just convert my unit to a sale.

I'm crossing my fingers the unit makes it through the summer, and when I am ready to purchase a new one I will be calling Service One Air.

An employee contacted me to schedule an appointment and I need two units serviced. I was told that the work order was only for one unit. I told her I would contact AHS and have the other unit added. She then told me " if I'm being honest I have 35 people I was told by the scheduler that " If I'm being honest I have 35 people to call and I don't have time for that.". Well wow. This type of service is why I am loosing hope for humanity. Can't believe a company would have someone like this working for them with direct communication with potential customers. It may be a busy time right now, I get it but that's no way to talk to customers. I will remember and never use this company.

Very professional employee, and very knowledgeable in explaining the process.

They went above and beyond. The company before made mistakes with my wiring and they disassembled it and did it correctly and replaced my thermostats. Will use again.

This weekend Jordan showed up within an hour of me calling, from over a 45 minute drive away, and repaired my unit in under 30 minutes. Best A/C service we’ve ever had, hands down.

We were having an issue with our zoned dampers associated with our AC. Doug from Service One came out and was able to fix the issue immediately. We especially appreciated the timely and thorough service. We would absolutely recommend Doug and One Service to our friends and family.
