Service one Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing

Lary and Zach were professional and courteous. They completed the A/C install timely as promised. Everything worked as it should once they were completed. Stephen was also a great help and answered any questions as requested.

They Tech was very professional and overall did a wonderful job. The service company also followed up with a call to find out if the system was working properly, very impressed.

Technician Doug is amazing! On time, courteous, very elaborate with explaining his findings and professional! Ask for Doug! You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Service One Air came out to to repair our AC unit. We were told that the primary drain was clogged and that a plumber needed to come out and snake the line. Well, the plumber came out and said it needed to be transferred back to the AC techs. Service One Air came out and said it was a dirty air filter next. Replaced filter and still not fixed. Service One Air also cut the 3/4” pvc piping that went from the AC to the primary drain. When they tried to piece it back together it started leaking and dripped and ran all over the place after they left. My wife called them and told them and said they refused to come back out to our house because it was a plumbing issue. I talked to Allen and this is a well rehearsed script that they have down to a T. It’s almost comical, but anyways he swore to me that the water wasn’t coming out of the pipe they repaired. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. He said all of the connections are glued and no way it was leaking. He said the water was coming from somewhere else. What a joke! Well, just because it’s glued doesn’t mean that it sealed or that it was connected properly. Anyway, we had to call someone else to come fix everything that Service One Air messed up and it ended up costing us $459. The AC is working fine now.

Our heater went out on Friday evening after everything had closed and of course during a time of record low temperatures. To top it all off we were about to bring home our premie from the NICU and could not afford to not have heat. American Home Shield reached out to Service One and they came the next morning to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, they had to order a part and and with it being Christmas we had to wait until everything opened back up from the holiday. In the meantime, Edith had done what she could to help us keep the heat on as best she could. As soon as they opened back up from the holiday they got the part they needed and we’re back at the house that day! Edith was our technician both times! She was fantastic, on time, communicative and relatable! After reading the reviews I was concerned about the cost but everything was covered by the warranty. I can’t say enough about this company! I highly recommend Edith and even the office staff (Shawn) called often to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you for all you do!!! Exceptional!

They did a great job. They were able to understand and solve the problem in a professional manner. Customer service is definitely a priority for them.

The gentlemen who came out was very profesional, informative, and overall a nice person. Taught me some about how the system works, and what he was doing along with fixing the issue. 10/10 good work

Tech checked system completely found an issue missed by another company system working great when completed. He was very courteous, explained issue/ great job.

Highly recommend Service One Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing -we discovered our heater was not working on a Saturday morning and first freeze nights we had - contacted them and they were able to get out the next morning and repair our furnace quickly and efficiently. Doug diagnosing the problem and had it running smoothly within minutes, plus checking over the unit to make sure there were no other issues that could need attention as well. He explained what the problem had been and what to look for that would require calling him back if needed. Received a call the next day from Dawn at their office following up to make sure everything was still working properly. She was so nice and professional as well. The company and their staff truly cares - love customer service like this and will use them again for any of my HVAC/plumbing needs.
