Honey Nest Heat & Air

I highly recommend Honey Nest Heat & Air. We hired them to install two new AC systems. The technician that came out was very professional. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and I felt very comfortable working with them. As a bonus they were able to install the same week! Everything is working great and we couldn't be happier.

Travis Dodson is DISHONEST and a CON MAN.
We have a contract that clearly says to install new 3 TON UNICO A/C UNITS and we paid for 3 Ton Units. We discovered later that smaller cheaper 2 TON UNITS had been installed inside and outside (they look identical). The units run constantly and cannot maintain temperature settings.
Travis Dodson admitted that he did this and offered to put in the 3 TON units but only if we pay him an additional $8000.00.
Travis Dodson admitted in court that he does not install what the customer wants or agrees to, but instead he will install whatever he wants to install.
We put in a complaint with the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATIONS (TDLR) and he was found negligent.
We took him to SMALL CLAIMS COURT and won our money back. HE HAS NOT PAID THIS.
TRANE & LENNOX, (manufacturers of AC outside units) also took him to court in 2018 for debt-collection.
Travis Dodson is illegally using TDLR license # TACLA00068570E to operate 3 different companies, under different addresses, and logos.

2. High Velocity AC HVAC
3. Texas SDHV Systems Co. (closed down due to court cases against him)

Technician was very knowledgeable and informative. Besides regular maintenance he identified source of strange noise.

Travis and his entire team were top notch. Starting at when he came out for the quote, TMD/HoneyNest was one of the few companies that truly listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to deliver that. The install went great and the team was very professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
