Bob was great, very friendly and informative. He took the extra time to explain the issue and the solution. He even went as far to seal a gap in our house to prevent water intrusion and bug/animals getting in. Bobs been very friendly and honest, he tried to help me trouble shoot the problem before he came out. bob came out Sunday morning to replace the gas valve on my old steam boiler.

He also helped me out with getting a C wire up to my thermostat.
