Phoenix HVAC is the only heating and cooling company I will ever use! They are thorough, professional and explain all options available. I never felt pressured to make a decision to repair or replace, and the final installation is impeccable... the job site was cleaned to a state better than it was before they started! They answered all of my questions and were extremely flexible when scheduling the work. Having the team @ Phoenix perform this work gave me peace of mind on the eve of sub-zero temperatures! Had an amazing experience with Bob(owner). Bob was on time as well as wore booties while in my house and cleaned up after himself. Also, he was very informative and explained to me everything about the services that were being performed as well as the systems in my house. He was honest and upfront. Happy to buy a service plan with Phoenix HVAC for years to come.

We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow, and sent messages to different companies late on Friday night. Phoenix responded incredibly quickly the next morning and came by to do an assessment. Bob and his coworker were really friendly and walked us through how to fix the air conditioning issue. They answered all of our questions, and were not condescending or dismissive about any. We also appreciated that they weren't trying to sell us anything that wasn't standard, they were really transparent and helpful. We are going to use them for regular maintenance because they gave a great first impression!

We used Phoenix HVAC recently. Bob was the one who came for the service. He was excellent, professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to us and was very helpful. He wasn’t in a rush or trying to sell products, he listened to our concerns and came up with solutions. I was very impressed with Anthony and Bob. There positive attitude and professionalism was through the roof. Not only do they have a wonderful work ethic but they will take the time to tech and educate About what they do. Such as boilers. hot water tanks and AC. Units the knowledge they have obtained from the many years of experience shows extensively by their work that they display. I would recommend these individuals to anyone who is looking for honest hardworking Gentlemen who take their time and really want to make a difference in HVAC. It was very nice meeting you guys!! I had the most positive experience working with Bob and Anthony on a full Furnace/AC installation. Both systems were approaching 15 yrs old needing repairs that would not have made sense to continue putting money into. Bob came onsite for a free consultation and very clearly communicated detail on my options, even making recommendations for further cost-saving improvements. They fit me in right away and worked diligently with the installation. I couldn't be happier with the end result...should have called these guys months ago!

I would highly recommend Phoenix HVAC. They recently replaced our hot water heater. It was a complicated job due to a ton of piping in the way and a narrow placement in our utility closet, and they did an excellent job. Maggie was great to work with on scheduling/payment and Tony, Bob, and Connor were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable during the install. I will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs!

Bob from Phoenix HVAC is professional, expert in identifying the problem that our HVAC system had. He explained to me step by step as he approached finding out what the problem was (leaking freon), and how to best fix it. The company is up front about billing charges, and communication with scheduling, answering questions has been excellent. Definitely seem to be a very honest and good company. I ended up buying their 3 year routine maintenance package.

When our furnace unexpectedly quit on us in December, we called Phoenix who were out the same day to evaluate and able to come out within 2 days to replace it. The price was very reasonable. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I never felt that I was being pressured into the most expensive options or unnecessary work. The whole crew was courteous and put in a very long days work on a Saturday to get us out of the cold. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.
