Adam Carlson is always on time. He is very professional and courteous. He answers all our questions in a manner that is easy to understand. We always feel very confident with him working on our furnace and air conditioner. We will highly recommend Adam and American Star to our family and friends.

Chuck Alessi came last fall to maintain the heating system and I really liked the way he took his time and did a great job, so when it came to get my A/C maintained few days ago I asked for Chuck again.
Very professional, he asked if I have any concerns, checked the thermostat, gave the compressor a bubble bath as he called it and did whatever else had to be done.

We have been customers of American Star for years. Specifically, Adam Carlson has been our "Comfort Specialist". Adam comes twice per year to tune up our furnaces and AC units and always does a great job. He's thorough and professional. We have radiant heating in our basement and one year we were having issues and he was very pro-active as he happened to know quite a bit about it and was able to fix our issue because he was already here tuning up our furnace for the season.
