What a remarkable team American Star has! It started with Megan who answered the phone and set up an appointment for THE AFTERNOON OF THE DAY I CALLED FOR HELP. Our tenant's furnace went out in January.

Chuck came out to service the furnace. He found it was very old and suggested that repairing the blower, which was broken, would work for a fix now, but other parts may soon break due to the age of the furnace. Chuck was able to get a temporary system fix until the new furnace was installed.

Chuck called Mark out to give us a quote for a new furnace. Mark gave us options, explained the warranties with each brand and answered all our questions. We purchased a furnace and it was delivered and installed today one and one half days after our original call.

Chris S. and Chris C. EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! They had to haul the old furnace down pull-down attic steps and hoist up the new furnace up the same pull-down attic steps. They installed the furnace, tested it and talked to our tenant telling him to change the filter in a week and then go back to his filter changing schedule. Then Chris S. and Chris C. came down and talked to us.

American Star is a company that goes the EXTRA MILE!!! They are our HVAC Company for life.
