Adam Carlson was the tech that came out he was great, he took the AC apart and cleaned out all cotton that was sucked in from the cottonwood tree that was out back. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on the use of the dampers on the furnace to cool the upstairs of my house better, its been a couple of days and his suggestions worked great. I have used this outfit for a few years and would highly recommend them!!

Chris Cozza arrived on time and checked both the air conditioner and furnace. We have used American Star Total Home Comfort for over 20 years and would recommend them to everyone. I used American Star for the past several years. Team leader Adam Carlson came out and did our annual maintenance, but in the past he’s done repair. They also sold us our new units - we got the ultra quiet unit because it was near our deck. If you are considering HVAC for you home - go with them. I did all the quotes with other companies in the past and American Star’s service, price, and quick response bet the rest. Every time.

I recommend American Star to all my co-workers and friends in the area due to the honesty, service, efficiency and professionalism. When I moved in a year and half ago I needed maintenance done on the humidifier and went with the company that the prior owners used. They came out and I was not happy with that other companies service.
I checked out American Star after reading the reviews and called them for my A/C in the summer and was pleased with the price and customer service when I spoke over the phone setting up time and date. I called American Star today for a humidifier maintenance and furnace tune up and Chris Schaaf was the specialist sent out. I commend the service that was done. Chris was professional , arrived on time, very thorough and made sure no other problems or damage was done from the humidifier leaking. It was reassuring to have a skilled, pleasant technician like Chris and will request him for the A/C maintenance this April.

After having a part replaced on it our 19yr old furnace we decided to call the office for a quote on a new unit. The sales rep asked many questions and did not try to oversell, instead selling a unit right for our home. The installation by Chris C and Joe was amazing, they communicated the steps, made sure everything was clean and explained how to use the thermostat. Their craftsmanship was impeccable as well as their attention to details. Our new furnace is so quiet and smooth and the temperature has never been so even/consistent in our 6 years in the house.

My annual air conditioning maintenance was easily scheduled for the last week of April. Adam was the tech and arrived within the time frame I was given. He has been here a few times for AC, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Always courteous and professional.
