Chris Schaff from American Star is such a knowledgeable and professional service tech. We have had the pleasure of asking for help and for general maintenance multiple times for our home. He recently visited our home to service and tune up our ac units for the summer. Polite and efficient and honest assessment for our unique home set up. Thank you Chris S!

Usually the same person will do my bi-yearly maintenance, in this case Adam Carlson. He is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He is efficient and I appreciate the fact that I don’t have to learn a new name or face when I call American Star. Everyone at the company is helpful when I have to call or ask a question.

A switch went bad in our HVAC unit and American Star had a tech to our house within 45 minutes of getting our call. The tech (Evan), was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very competent. He even called the manufacturer the following day to see if the part was covered under warranty even though American Star didn't install the unit.
I've been using American Star for almost 20 years and have always been very happy with their service!

Gio Jimenez did a good job. He was prompt and professional. He went over what he did and made recommendations on further steps to take for better mechanical performance.
In my opinion, companies like American Star benefit from employees like Gio. He was polite, answered questions without condescension and did not push when told that offers would have to be considered. Thumbs up!

Had my furnace break down on a day when the temps were 10 degrees, Chris S came out quickly identified the issue and gave me my options. He did not try to sell me a new unit even though I need one, he made sure my family was set for now and told us to call when we are ready for a new one. I appreciate a company that does not try to over sell me but still tells me how it is and my options. Everything was fixed quickly and cleanly, my furnace is now working great.
