Allied air conditioning and heating is a great company! We purchased a new, top of the line Carrier heat pump system, including a new furnace and air conditioner, with one system for the main floor and the other system for the upstairs. Our technicians, Chuck and Jason, were true professionals! Their work was exemplary! The two-day installation was perfect! They are true professionals. They both took the time to explain all aspects of the new system to me in detail. I am one very happy customer with the work Allied performed for our family. You can’t go wrong with Allied!

When my A/C unit stopped working I called Allied for service. The person on the phone was easy to work with and helped me schedule service quickly. On the day of service, they called before arrival and showed up early! Mike was great to work with and the issue was diagnosed and resolved in short order. Prices were reasonable. Excellent service!

It’s hard to find contractors you can trust and that will come out in a timely fashion. Allied Heating & Air did that with flying colors. I will only recommend them.The staff ( Chris Blanchard ) and the techs Octavio and Bob went above and beyond to help my Mother and Brother. Thank you very much.

They were very responsive to my furnace emergency, coming to my home immediately to discuss the options. Techs came the very next day to install a new unit. Great work and very professional people.

He diagnosed, accurately, a plumbing issue and serviced our ac unit while he was here.

Very efficient and professional installation by Jason and Jeff! Done in under 6 hours with installation of Heat Pump/Ac and Furnace! (And disposal of old units) They even caught a hole in furnace vent to chimney that had previously not been identified and could have caused illness or worse for house occupants! Immensely helpful in explaining more complicated thermostat for regulation of 5-stage furnace and heat pump operation. Jason and Jeff were, and truly are, great, A+ installers!

We have used Allied since 2018 and always pleased with the quality of the service and professionalism of the service members, in particular Seth because he’s our regular guy. I feel confident in Seth’s evaluations and suggestions and secure that we are receiving the highest quality maintenance on our systems.

Great job by Allied. Top notch on both the big items and the little things as well. Matt Monson was professional in sizing the furnace and AC, prompt, professional and added value to the process. Jeff and Jason did a great job on the install, kept the place clean and explained the operation of the units in clear simple terms. To boot, the price was competitive and the service was stellar, making a great value.

The service tech (sorry I forgot his name, he is fairly new with Allied.) evaluated to determine why furnace was not working. He checked to see if Allied had the part and the cost. After talking with the service person about the repair cost, the age of the furnace and a new furnace. He tried to temporally repair so I would have heat!! I was thinking new furnace, I called my son. He thought that I had the correct idea. The service tech called and arranged for Matt a Consultant to come and talk to me about choices of a new furnace, cost and etc,
A rating of 1-10 and 10 the highest I would give them a 12. Wed. I will receive a new furnace!!!!

Our install expert Matt was patient answering all of our questions and addressing concerns. Jeff and Billy our installers were also on time, efficient and did a great job explaining all the of issues regarding our install. It's never good news when needing to replace a furnace, but I would highly recommend Allied when you do. 5 Stars.
