Service was great! Professional and polite. Not only did the service tech show me what the issue was he taught me how to regulate/adjust my air vents so I can control what levels of the house recieve the heat/ac the most! I would definitely use this company again!

Lance was very professional and personable and he explained everything that was going on with the A/C unit. He was prepared with the necessary tools and parts to execute the job. He did a fantastic job and highly recommend him!

Air Service was easy to work with from the start. They always answered my calls and all my questions. They made this whole process worth free. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I don't give more than 3 stars only for one reason. Even if the price and responsiveness have been good, immediately after the furnace + water heater installation there was a gas leak. This was not the problem, because it can happen, what I did not like was that the owner told me to call Nicor Gas, the gas service provider, even if it was clear and obvious that the smell of gas was caused by the installation. In fact, the day before the installation there was no gas smell, from the day after on there was. So, as a first response from the owner, I would have expected something like "yes, in 1-2 days we'll get there to check". At the end, their technician came, fixed the pipes connections and the gas smell disappeared.
Except this episode, I have always had a good service from this company.

I was impressed the technician had the needed parts and refrigerant during my first visit and got my a/c up and running. What a relief! I also appreciated him explaining the repairs in detail. I have been very impressed with Aire Serv’s knowledgeable personal from office to servicemen. Today Brandon professionally check out my three furnaces and installed three ecobee controllers. He was very easy to work with a spent additional time with me to insure the proper operation on the new controllers.
