Kraig was great! He was super professional and gave a great honest opinion on how he would replace the air conditioner. He treated me as if I was a family member of his and his price was fair for the unit we received. I would highly recommend Modern Day comfort to any of my family and friends!

Kraig and his team are very efficient and spot on delivering the service they promise over the phone.
We happen to replace our 20+ years old and Kraig tuned it 2 years back and gave life for another 2 years (other people were jumping with quotes to buy new Furnace last year itself).
Now this year as COVID is settling down, we decided to replace our furnace and AC. Kraig is spot on explaining the multiple opportunities and models we can choose from.
One thing I realized after talking to him he is ‘Technician’ but not a ‘Sales person’ as he was not pushing to get for high end model and load multiple optional.
He and his crew arrived exactly on time and finished the work in mentioned time frame. He even went extra mile and added additional connection to my nest which enables ‘Stage 2’ & ‘Fan’ features in our nest at no extra cost! (others will charge min $250 extra for this).
The way he worked like he was installing this furnace in his own home – Cleaning spots, picking up tiny screws, vacuuming areas periodically, checking heat vents, what not.
It’s been more than 3 days we got our Furnace and AC installed and we are pretty much happy and highly recommend Modern Day Comfort & Kraig.

Kraig and crew are top-notch. They have been caring for our home radiant heat system for years, and installed a new boiler for us about six years ago. Friendly, professional, fast, easy to do business with, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Modern Day Comfort installed a tankless water heater and was very knowledgeable. They were clean and very patient to made sure I understood everything they did from start to finish. Highly recommend this company!

Had Cole come out for furnace tune up. He answered all my questions and even showed and explained to me how the previous owners didn't properly install the humidifier and explained to me our options to fix it if we wanted. Great experience and earned a life long customer.

I started using Craig Kane, the owner of Modern Day Comfort last summer and he recently installed a new furnace in our home.
He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest.
He did a great job installing our new furnace and came exactly as promised and finished in the number of hours, that he estimated. He cleaned up the garbage and took our old furnace.
The price for the new Furnace was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the new one and it eliminated the worry of having a 23 year old furnace.
I strongly Recommend Modern Day and Craig for servicing and installing a new furnace Or Air Conditioning unit.

I cannot say enough good things about Modern Day Comfort! Reliable, Honest, and Knowledgeable, I can keep going on and on! Whether it be an emergency service or just a quick maintenance Kraig has never let me down, He has gotten us out of rough situations whenever our heating or ac has failed. If you need Air conditioning or Heating work done do yourself a favor and call them, they are easily the best around.

We called this company for heating and furnace service. We had to deal with extremely disrespectful and unprofessional service I have ever seen. We had experience with Craig before and he was great.

But this new guy Cole, he was extremely disrespectful and was literally screaming at my elderly father when he had question about furnace. I could hear him scream on the first floor. I immediately went down to the basement and asked Cole to leave. Extremely Ill-mannered and unprofessional.

Edit: Kraig did reach out and apologized on his behalf and fixed our problem. So thank you for that. Will only ask for Kraig moving forward
